I love my FCCU app
I love this app because I have just about everything I need at my fingertips. Transfer money- Got it! Deposit a check - Got it! Get my credit score - Got it! Freeze my card when I’ve miss placed it or seen fraudulent charges - Got it!! So so much more!

New update
I do not like the new update. Getting into the main page either my accounts is an extra step. Then if I need to transfer money from one account to the next, I have to go find the spot where I can transfer the money to. Then when I need to pay on my credit card, I have to go back into the menu and look for that. The old format, everything was easy to find. It was all on the accounts page. Terrible update. Makes me want to switch banks now.

Update breaks critical functions
After the facelift of the app and addition of a button featuring crypto and stocks I am unable to use the app to pay my auto loan as I was before. The payments page is clearly unfinished and poorly assembled.
Have to go to different portal to make payments
I was provided this app link to manage my mortgage loan and payments. I had trouble adding my external checking account via Plaid even though it said it was connected so had to do the micro deposits. After the trouble and delays, I got an error when trying to make my first mortgage payment stating I exceeded transaction limits. Surely, calling FCCU would resolve this. No, called twice and they could not figure it out and instead told me to use an entirely different portal called eStatusConnect to pay, but this requires I manually enter the bank details again each payment. I don’t understand why I have two portals and neither are efficient for a seamless experience.
