Horrible design

The new design sucks, the user interface changed so that your accounts are hidden behind a sliding menu and it doesn’t show all open accounts at one anymore.

Multiple times I have tried to hit the pay bill button, only to be brought to a page that is not the correct transaction page. I reached out to customer service and they told me that they are aware of the bug and their IT is working on it. They have been working on a page redirect but for over 3 months since the update came out just about.

Horrible app, horrible quality of life features. Do not use this app until they fix it.

I love my FCCU app

I love this app because I have just about everything I need at my fingertips. Transfer money- Got it! Deposit a check - Got it! Get my credit score - Got it! Freeze my card when I’ve miss placed it or seen fraudulent charges - Got it!! So so much more!

Convenient and easy to maneuver. I especially LOVE mobile banking, and ZELLE. The MOBILE check deposit is AWESOME.
