Have to go to different portal to make payments
I was provided this app link to manage my mortgage loan and payments. I had trouble adding my external checking account via Plaid even though it said it was connected so had to do the micro deposits. After the trouble and delays, I got an error when trying to make my first mortgage payment stating I exceeded transaction limits. Surely, calling FCCU would resolve this. No, called twice and they could not figure it out and instead told me to use an entirely different portal called eStatusConnect to pay, but this requires I manually enter the bank details again each payment. I don’t understand why I have two portals and neither are efficient for a seamless experience.

FCCU access is incredibly frustrating. I have had this account for 8 months and I can’t get into it.
It took a VP to help me make my first payment, another manager helped me set up automated payments. I need a balance so I can refinance and get away from this CU, but that would entail being on hold for how long?

I never have problems to make sure my account is OK and one things are not right they get it turned around immediately. I would say the employees do very good job. I really enjoy being with First Commerce credit union
