The north Bismarck branch needs to fire the blonde haired kid, he acts like he’s not supposed to have any customer service skills. He’s messed up simple things with no clarity or accountability to his own mistakes. He does a poor job. I’ve dealt with him for 5 months with no improvement.
Making payments
You can not make payments online without have a checking account with FCCU. I got my truck refinanced and now I either have to go in to make a payment or switch banks.
Computers
The common every day customer should easily understand and be able to operate these computer systems. Not every person works this computer bull every day. Why does a deposit made after hours not show up in the account until the next operating day?

Overall general service is outstanding every time I go in! Need to consolidate a High balanced Credit card, offered to get me a loan against my vehicle I own. Saved me 20% interest that I would have paid the. CC company. Helped me out in a bind, and I was done in 20 minutes with money in my account!

Everything is Great but..
Ever since the newest update, the main screen doesn’t with my accounts doesn’t load properly. They accounts won’t load at all until another tab is clicked on, and then gone back to the accounts. It’s quite annoying.

He phone app id always down. Especially on weekends or evenings when the bank is closed.

No more widget
The app itself is fine, but after the iOS 18 update the apps old style widget is no longer supported and makes it extremely inconvenient since I used it daily to check balances.
Poor banking
I have been using this bank for four years now. Their policy’s are terrible compared too other banks. They hold your check for 7 days no matter if the other bank clears it or not. They lock down the debit cards so you can only use 200 on a single transaction. Then you have to call and have it temporary raised for a few days then it drops down again. Will be switching banks soon.

When it works it’s fine.
It’s such a roll of the dice on if this apps useable or not. I get having to do update.

Deposit won’t work anymore
Can no longer deposit checks. Tells me to rotate phone and still won’t do anything.

Everything is Great but..
It is constantly unavailable due to maintenance/ server issues. Making it unreliable. It is a hassle to not know whether or not your bank balance is proper, whether or not you could make a transfer, or pay a bill. There is no notice to when these maintenances go on. It’s extremely unreliable.

Trying to open an app and it gives me application error every time.

We joined FCCU about 50 years ago, when it was just one location .....even before credit unions had checking accounts but when they did, and started offering retirement savings, CD’s and great loan rates way back then...we stayed with them. They have increased their services and have grown beyond my imagination with 28 branches....and something for every age group. They have traditionally had the best savings rates and lowest loan rates so it always good to check them out before making a decision of where to save, and where to borrow.

The FCCU app is easy to use. I like making transfers and checking my balances any time of the day or night, as well as on weekends! Five stars!
