Needs one change
I dislike having to turn my iPad on end every time I use your app. Yours is the only app that forces me to turn it.
Mob means means mobility
The bank account goes where my phone goes and the phone goes EVERYWHERE I go!
Check my balance See what my spouse is bringing home. And I get a message that f the bank thinks that my account has been compromised! My mom couldn’t even do that! Mobile deposit is the best. Don’t even need to go to the bank!

Great Bank
It’s a really great bank. People are friendly and they know me by my first name.

Use this app every day, easy to use and keeps my accounts up to date

Can be difficult to know were you need to go for loan payments.
Customer service
This bank is so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel appreciative.
Hard to use
There was no training or even notice that this app was being updated and launched which has always bothered me because I didn’t and don’t feel supported by the bank. Transfers are annoying as you have to note the toe every time. Also having to deselect the first five transfers is also annoying. The app crashes about once a month as well.

Terrible bank
Almost every Friday/Saturday night my app and bank “is down” and I can’t transfer money, use my card, use an atm, anything and it’s ridiculously embarrassing when this happens and I’m in public… this needs to be rectified ASAP or I am leaving this bank.
