Poor app
This app sucks. Half the time I repeatedly have to reenter picture or numbers. Poor app. Frustrating.

App update
I’ve been trying to log into my account and I keep getting a message that says I need to update the app and when I try nothing happens and it goes back to telling me that I need to update the app. This is been going on over and over I have wasted so much time with this I am fed up.
Bad app
This app doesn’t work. Doesn’t update. Is useless. Probably has $2/hr Indian developers working on it. Disgusting.

Great app! The app is very easy to use. I have all my accounts linked and can see all the info I need for each one. Bill pay is a breeze.
Never know my account balance
At least 2-3 times a day I get error messages from this app that it can’t update. Frustrating.

Mortgage
The app needs to be more user friendly to be able to state where you want extra payments to go. For instance, my escrow account fluctuates and I would like to add if needed to escrow instead of my payment being adjusted yearly to make up shortages. My mortgage payment went up $227 a month. I would have liked to adjust the last year so I’m not trying to make it up this year for last year and this year.

Very much dislike the new platform!
Used to love the old online banking platform and it was the standard I measured all other banking platforms to. NOT anymore. Note I find it hard to navigate, find what I’m looking for, bad layout, only using a portion of the screen to display transactions. Sort of cartoonish. 😩😡🤮
Not depositing me checks the first time
This app fails to recognize photos and then says failed to read when I did every step the app has asked me to do
