Great bank
Great bank so far. I got it when I got a new job in December, shortly got laid off and didn’t have a source of income for a few months and they still had my account open. Night not seem like a big deal. But when the same thing happened years ago , u s bank closed my account after a month! First state has been good so far!

Can’t use anymore.
I used this app ever since it came out. Now I can’t due to update. The update requires iOS 16.0 or later. However most older phones can only go to iOS 15.8 on updates. This makes the app completely useless. I may switch banks due to this issue. Having the app made it easy due to working odd hours when banks are closed. Very disappointed in it all.

Terrible!
I feel like updated apps should be just that, UPDATED. This app fell far behind. It’s like keeping a check register that you forgot to write down some of your transactions. Balance is days behind. Transactions are delayed. Frustrating!!

I do not like this new app. I cannot see pending transactions or it shows transactions from days ago. Bring back the old app PLEASE!!! I would give this app 0 stars if I could!!!

New app has had some bugs with the card features everything else has been great. The bug with the cards was fixed and I haven’t noticed anything since. Great new app compared with the old one
Confusing
The app is a lot more confusing to use. It’s hard to see which account that I’m in the pool the transactions for it.
