This is not good
This app defeats the purpose of agile, timely and precise transactions between client and banking services.
First of all, the ads and offers on the start page are unnecessary and tasteless. You need ads? Send them as a message and offer the option to disengage.
Secondly, the app looks and works pretty much like the drop down menu of a slow computer on Windows 97. I know for a fact that most programmers were not even born on those times, still they have managed to repeat such unremarkable feat.
I connected PayPal to my account. Other banks post the transfers immediately, but not here. I posted a transfer two days ago and it is still pending payment.
Out of kindness , I won’t continue. Honestly, you should seriously consider to invest on an app designer that delivers.

Digital banking app
I would like to do more with the app such as - swipe to view account balances (quick view) without logging in - be able to add or link an external account and transfer between accounts - view at least 6 months if transactions history for each account - I would like the option to view or hide account details to include full routing and account number

As trash as the bank itself. I closed my checking account, credit card and hopefully soon I will be done with my car leasing. The app is garbage. These people are banking in 1999. On top of that service is horrible. They make simple transactions extremely complicated. Closing a credit card took 4 phone calls and a branch visit, and God forbid you need to buy a "marbete" for your leased car. Always stressful. This financial institution should close forever.
