App update
App has been telling me I need and update, but there’s no option to update at iTunes Store.
Like it better than I thought I would
I was disappointed when First CCU changed from their website to this app for online banking. I have adjusted so well to this app I hardly remember what the website was like. It was great, I loved keeping track of my accounts there, but this app is even better! I appreciate that I can transfer funds, for example, between my accounts or even to my daughter’s account. She banks at FirstCCU, too. That has really come in handy. I miss the large view from the website, but at least the info I need is here, and I can access it away from my computer. What’s not to love!

I do not find this app user-friendly at all, I dread making a payment, muster through the best I can, staff are really nice, it’s a very friendly credit union

My Review:
This is by far the best credit union app I’ve used. Easy to access, easy to set up payments, Easy to have control over when I need to see my account information and make adjustments. And I can still set up a payment method from another credit union on the app. The app functions well and it is always smooth. I’m happy about it.

Please fix
I use to be able to view a photocopy of the check I wrote at the grocery store since they scan it, but the past month or two, it just says retry when I click to view the image
Very good
Shows what you need and not what you don’t at a glance. Lists transactions quickly so you know why your balance is what it is. Gives the ability to see checks (this errors out a lot) and tag and note interactions. Can search for certain transactions. This seems pretty basic bi TV I have another bank whose app doesn’t do the basics.

Down for Maintenance
System was down for maintenance when I tried to make payment. Why don’t you pick a better time to be down for maintenance? It was around 12:00 on Saturday night. A lot of people stay up later on weekends. Why don’t you do maintenance during the week when people go to bed earlier in the night?

I enjoy the deposit feature on the app. It is convenient and helpful when I can’t get to the bank. Depositing checks in the app is awesome. Another reason I love the app is I can look at my account at a glance and know exactly Kay where my money is coming and going. If I have any questions about my account, the accounting team answers my questions or concerns.

Easy app to use!
Keeping track made easier.
Very basic app
Can’t even set parameters to go back and look at past monthly transactions. I much preferred the old school internet portal.
Terrible ui
All I want to do is pay my car payment and there is not an easy spot to do that. Terrible ui.
How do I pay bills?
Downloaded the app to make car payments online. When I click to make a payment it tells me no payees are set up. But there are no instructions on setting up payees. FCCU will keep gettingchecks I guess.

Every thing is here at a glance. Life gets to be hectic and sometimes you need to get to your account in a hurry!! This app lets you get balances so you stay on top of your accounts. This is a top notch super app!! Way to go FCCU!!

Could be five with an easy fix
I enjoy the app and it has a really nice interface and is easy to use. However my wife and I are not able to both have the app due to the two step authentication. We would love for the app to be able to have multiple cell numbers for this step as it otherwise can only be used by one party. I would have rated it 5 stars if my wife and I could both have the app work well with login.
