This has been the best bank ever!
Can it just work, for the love of god.
App has no problem loading shifty BNPL and loan ads.
Once a week I won’t be able to view my balances or even log in for hours at a time for no apparent reason(4 bars or on WiFi)
EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I submit a transfer it starts over and locks out scrolling so you have to get the text boxes along the page to reach the submit button again and actually submit it.
Also it is SICK the way you people have r*ped me over ATM fees despite me only ever using Allpoint atms. And never in the history of my account(16yrs) making me aware of my apparent 10 ATM uses per month.

My Credit Union!
I have been a member of FFFCU since November, 1970. It was the best decision I have ever made in my entire teaching career. I have never been disappointed with the competent, experienced, knowledgeable and friendly service I have received throughout the many years of my membership. FFFCU gets bigger and better. Money Transfers
The app hasn’t let me transfer money to my son at his FFFCU’s account. We both get fraud notices but not a way to confirm we are authorizing the transaction. Dissappointing!

I’ve been a customer of FFFCU since the early 1990’s. Everyone in all those years have been so patient and understanding. I am far from a computer wiz, but as you have kept up with technologies it has presented many questions from me. Again your patience helping understand and navigate this have been a 10 out of 10 . Thanx for everything. Whenever anyone I know complains about their present bank I any quick to recommend you guys.

Too slow
This app is so slow. Log on takes forever. Doesn’t use Face ID to log on. Doesn’t remember cell phone. So you constantly have to retype your log in every time. Everything in the app is so slow. Zelle .. transfers … this app is very annoying

I am not happy with how long it takes to login to this app. It is ridiculous how slow it is to get started this mobile banking app.
Great App
I like that I can set up alerts for transactions. Getting a digital card is cool too.
Easy App
I have a couple different bank apps and FFFCU’s is the easiest to use to deposit a check.
Updated app is awful
9 times out of 10 when I sign in now and hit the box to show I am human it says error occurred and I can’t get in. I like being able to have access to my account on the go and not having to be at home on my computer. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it hoping to get the latest update. Someone needs to fix this bug in your program!

Zelle Never Works
I’ve had so many issues with Zelle never working and never transferring funds. I’ve never had this problem with any other bank. Fix the issue.

About the app
Love the app for FFFCU. Easy and convenient. Can't do everything that the full site can. Wish it would calculate a current payoff figure for the overdraft protection. Always have to do 2 transfers to get the full payoff paid.
Great app UI and Functionality
I am so blessed to be a member of this credit union. You get big bank quality for credit union cost. I am very satisfied with this app.
App needs fixing
The last few times that I have tried to use the app, it takes a while to open up any of my options whether it be transfers or any of them. Is there app maintenance going on right now? If so, it would be great to get a heads up. (This was on March 1, 2024.)
Happy with app but needs a little work
This is a very good app for on the go access to my account. When it comes to viewing my bank statements in the app on my iPhone, I am not able to look at my statements in landscape mode by turning the phone on it side. This needs to be fixed. It is very hard to view the statement in portrait mode on my phone screen. Please fix this.
