Invaluable resource! As a medical student, this is a super helpful tool for study and point of care use.

Spectrum is to the point, easy to navigate, and just damn beautiful.
Helpful app
Great resource for local data and abx prescribing. So convenient to have s the app on your fingertips. I do wish some had more specific guidelines on duration of treatment but this can usually be found with other resources if needed.
Constantly Crashing
App crashes almost constantly on start since last update. Force closing app doesn’t fix, rebooting phone doesn't fix. Have to uninstall and reinstall, works for a few hours or a day and starts crashing again, hence another install. Had zero issues before update. iPhone 7+ 256gb with latest iOS ipdate. Hoping you can fix soon. Depend on this for work.

I’m a PGY2 family medicine resident and this app makes hospital rotations so much easier. If you’re not an ID specialist, this is a good app to have handy. Makes you look smart during morning rounds, lol.

Needs duration of treatment
Useful app but I feel like duration of treatment should be added for the pathogens
