User reviews

Does not synchronize

This app does not synchronize. The user interface is overwhelming. So many stats and it's difficult to see past days.

Shotty Fitbit syncing

I was recently forced to use this app because they removed the old Fitbit app. I don’t dislike the UI but the syncing of my Fitbit has been not working from update to update. Really unsatisfied by this and would probably buy a garmin instead next time.

Leaderboard chart is gone

I really love to use the leaderboard chart with friends and suddenly it’s gone. I tried everything to get it to come back but nothing is working. Please fix this.

Disgusted

Extremely disappointed in how data is displayed. I don’t need all the categories, and don’t want them. The Fitbit displays contained better information and displays were easy to read. I’m becoming less motivated since google changed everything. In fact, I’m considering getting Apple Watch instead.

Informative but unstable app

This app gives more access to your information, the app is very unstable. It unpairs with your watch several times a day and asks permission for access to your phone sometimes 50 times a day.
