Impossible to cancel. Does not respond to emails. Tried to cancel and all my emails went ignored. They processed another payment after I sent multiple emails to cancel.
Insanely expensive
They charge Rs. 1 lakh per annum. Nothing special to pay such price.

Derek is an excellent trainer
I worked with Derek for about 6 months. He is very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest research in training. He was easily accessible and responded promptly to my requests. He also sent videos to provide encouragement and measure progress. He always focused on balance in life. Very kind and caring. He also changed my routine’s regularly so I didn’t get bored and kept my muscles engaged. I lost 40 pounds and built muscle. Everything was fun and not a chore! I would highly recommend him!
