So hard to use
I did 40 pushups to earn an hour and it won’t let me use my hours so stupid

When downloaded the app, it would not delete as it had set a screen time password without me knowing

I like the concept but the camera doesn’t always work for the push up feature for me otherwise has helped limit my screentime
Apps keep on unlocking
apps keep on unlocking on their own. defeats the purpose.
It’s good mostly
The idea for the app is good and most of it works perfectly but one problem is the push-up recognition which I feel works about half the time but when it does it’s amazing. I feel this app is only held back by what just a little bit more effort could fix
Camera doesn’t work
Camera completely unable to track my push ups or squats, no matter where I put the camera. Waste of time and money

Please make it so without paying you are able to block 5 apps, instead of 2.
Just what I needed
After spending a few too many nights being unproductive and mindlessly scrolling, I thought, there must be something out there to help me increase my step count and decrease screen time. Fitlock has worked wonders in helping me reach my goals! After about 6 months of using this app as intended, my overall screen time is half what it used to be and I’ve more than tripled my daily steps. I tried a few similar apps (there really only are a few out there) and this one is easily the best overall. I am so glad I found it, and I’ve been recommending it to all of my friends!

Would love to leave more stars (fixed!)
Helpful response from the developer, plus the upgrade recommended has fixed this. I can now manually select sites/apps to block without the checklist crashing, meaning I can select Reddit and set the schedule to the strictest setting, while still being able to use search engines and weather apps on my phone. Looking forward to all the saved screen time or moving more!

Best screen time app I’ve tried
This app is great! Was looking for something like this.
This app is preventing me from deleting social media apps
I went onto a full detox goal and I aimed to delete my socials but after downloading this app, it prevents me from doing so for some reason. Very helpful in most other factors though, love this app.
This is fantastic!
I wanted to lessen screen time and increase steps, and this app forces me to do both. The ability to create your own schedule is fantastic.
Idk how to do it
So basically I downloaded thinking it was good but then when I had to set it up it kept saying that there was no data found from apple health so I went on it and I done “ turn in all” but it kept saying data not found and now I am really disappointed and I was going to give 5 stars but because of the problem I gave it 3 stars

Unusable. Everything is paywall nowadays.
Literally could not configure my settings properly because it requires a pro subscription to do so, and locks away apps that I need for work otherwise

Love this app
It is so motivating! Had it for 8months now, was recommended by a friend, and I do wish I had found it ages ago - I was in denial about how much time I spent scrolling, and made excuses for not exercising - this app has really helped me re focus and form new habits…. Thanks so much Fitlock - have lost over half a stone, and built muscle - in 8months, purely due to my changing my routine…. No diet!

More intentional screen time.
Fitlock has been a great motivator to start my day with movement. Limiting app time helps me be more intentional with screen use and focus on work first instead of mindless scrolling.
Some suggestions
I like this app a lot, but I’d suggest setting a limit to how many breaks you can take and having a sick day option. Maybe you can earn them as you go along. Also the lock doesn’t always work :/
