About

FitMaxx tracks the things Apple Health does not, reads the things it does, and says in plain sentences what the numbers add up to. SIX THINGS, ONE APP Peptide protocols: what is due today, where the next injection goes in the rotation, how the dose has stepped over time, weight since the protocol began. Workouts: lifts as exercises and sets with a body map of what each one works, beside what your watch recorded. Meals and macros: calories, protein, carbs, fat, sugar and fiber against your targets. Blood work: a lab report PDF read into a panel you check before it is saved, every marker tracked across panels, and a biological-age estimate from nine routine markers. Sleep by stage, night by night. Weight from a smart scale through Apple Health or typed in, with a progress photo on the same screen. INSIGHTS, NOT JUST CHARTS Health keeps every reading in its own chart and leaves the reading to you. FitMaxx holds one part of your data against another and writes out the difference: "You sleep 48 min longer on nights after a workout." "Resting heart rate is 4 bpm lower since the protocol started." "Down 4 lb over the last four weeks, about 1 lb a week." Every line comes with the figures it was read from. Stated, never graded - the app will never call a reading "Poor". PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE A streak of days with anything logged. Milestones that are dates, not badges: the tenth weigh-in, the fiftieth workout, every ten pounds down, a lift that beat every earlier one. A month recapped in plain statements you can share. Last night's sleep as a card for the group chat. APPLE HEALTH FIRST Weight, body fat, sleep by stage, steps, workouts, resting heart rate, HRV and VO2 max are read from Health - so your scale, your watch and Strava count too. Meals, weights and lifts you log here are written back, so the Health app stays the record. Food logged in other apps counts here too. FOOD LOGGING THAT LEARNS A private food library grows out of what you actually eat, so the second time it is one tap. Search USDA and Open Food Facts for the rest, scan a barcode, or photograph the plate and get an estimate with a range - every figure is yours to check before it is logged. A FASTING TIMER WITHOUT A CAP For the days you fast: the timer runs as long as you do, and when it ends the meal that breaks it is one tap away. FitMaxx never rewards a longer fast - no streaks, badges or nudges for one. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Nothing you log is shared with insurance companies, employers or data brokers - there is no one to share it with. No ads, no analytics vendors, no tracking SDK. Delete everything in one tap from Settings. FITMAXX PLUS Everything above is free. FitMaxx Plus - $19.99 a month or $79.99 a year, billed to your Apple Account - lifts the free account's 20 language-model answers a month (photo estimates, menu lookups, label reads, typed meals) and adds the lab-report read, the weekly coach note and the biological-age estimate. A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Terms of use: https://fitmaxx.health/terms/ - Privacy policy: https://fitmaxx.health/privacy/ FitMaxx does not give medical advice. It records what you did and states what changed.

What's New in FitMaxx

1.0.1

September 29, 2026

A new Today: your day's food, workouts, steps and sleep at the top, each saying what is left, and a to-do list of what is still to do today with a button for each. A Home Screen widget with the same four, and one tap to log a meal, start a workout or weigh in. Sign in with an email address and a password, as well as Apple or Google. A six-digit code confirms the address first, and a forgotten password is reset the same way. Also new since the first release: • Heart rate across each workout, drawn over the session • One workout per session in Apple Health when your watch records it too • Strength levels for every exercise, with bodyweight moves counted by reps and holds by time • Water, a glass at a time • Saved meals you can build and change • Edit a food's nutrition right from what you logged • Tap the day's food score to see what each food added to it
