3 different prices, no support
FAQ says 49.99/year it wants to charge me 69.99 and charge my son 79.99. He gets a 7 day free trial with his, I do not. I emailed support two days ago. “Crickets” guess I’ll buy a 3 accounts of a different app for the us two and my wife to workout together.

3-4 work outs a session, easier to go on YouTube, I selected I train for 20-30 mins and it’s giving me 10-12 min work outs
Doesn’t work properly on iPhone 13 - broken layout
I purchased this app because it specifically stated it was compatible with the iPhone 13, but it does not work properly. The user interface does not fit my screen. The progress button is completely cut off and unreachable, which means I cannot progress through my workouts at all. Since I cannot actually use the core features of the application, this app is completely useless to me. I would like a refund or an immediate update to fix the screen scaling issues.

Doesn’t flow well confusing
It built me a work out. Ok. Good. But it wanted to start me on legs. I just did that the day before. I could not figure out how to change that. You can substitute and exercise in the work out, but I could not figure out how to change the group it starts with.

The app is ok, it lacks some basic features that you can use on all other platforms. Workout length, about of exercises per workout, measurements are in kilograms and centimeters not pounds and inches in feet.
Not super user-friendly if you’re a first time AI workout app user not gonna be the easiest to navigate.

Where is my account ??!
I paid for the lifetime version of this a while ago and now I go to login and it says no account can be found my that email.. WTF. Please fix this and I will update my review

No trial period?
My biggest pet peeve in the App Store is an app that puts you through a long round of questions to set up a fitness routine just to make you pay to even use it. If an app doesn’t have a free trial period, it can only be because even the developers know it has nothing to offer.
Charged for free trial
Downloaded “Free Trial” and after setting up, did not find it useful bit rather basic. Unable to fine tune exercises to ones that suit your gym or available equipment. Advertises “personalised” but delivers one size fits all.
I then decided it was not for me and canceled “subscription” during Trial, only to be sent a notification requesting i log in to confirm and it immediately began trying to charge me, then i was unable to access anything through apple app center until i payed. I payed to regain access to my apple account and request a refund to wich i was denied. I will never pay for an app without a free trial. But the free trial should be that… Free! There are tonnes of apps created just to filter funds… this seams like one of them!

Bad program/app
I told the app what equipment I had for home use, and it included equipment I didn’t mention in 4 of the 7 exercises it gave me.
Good but needs some work
The workouts are good, but if you choose to use their program, it doesn’t allow you to look past the next day’s workout. I like to get a game plan for the week to adjust workouts if needed, but can’t due to this. Also, it seems to rush you through workouts. I’ll still be doing my set and the recovery timer has already started or it’s already moved to the next exercise without letting me log. Should have a button to hit to start recovery. All in all it’s just a bit annoying to use.

Totally non functional
Paid the money and seriously started as per the plan provided and really enjoyed it. After a couple of days the app stopped working and crashes the moment after logging in. No idea where to contact ar how to resolve. Utterly wasted my money.
Exercise guides.
I try to fix the tempo on the speed of the guides. It doesn’t have a timer. It goes to the rest timer randomly. Sometimes it takes one minute someone times ten seconds. I tried pausing it but then I get so ahead that when you pause it it replays for 2 minutes and there’s no way to skip to the next exercise.

Features don’t work
The app has too many bugs and isn’t user friendly. AI scan has a bug that kicks you out I couldn’t even try it before cancelling.
The app doesn’t move to the next workout and keeps showing the first workout even after finishing it.
I had high hopes and its too bad because the expert advice is their. Would be yop if the features actually worked.

After following the brand online for a while i decided to dowmload the app but you have to subscribe to access anything! ! Hence i didnt bother !
