Good fitness app
I can’t highly enough recommend this a fitness app it’s clear detailed outlining how to workout instructions and videos help make training more fun
Unable to Login
I have had this app for years and starting recently it glitches. Today I deleted and redownloaded but I am unable to login now. On top of not being able to load workouts as easily as before, now I can't even login into an app I've paid for.
Server down
1/25/26 I am unable to login and the error message says server is down. I contacted support team and no response yet. Very frustrated that I paid for this app but unable to use it for 5 days now. Support team if you see this, please reach out and help.
Lots of issues lately
I really do love this app but it seems like the last few months there is consistently an issue. Last month it was blocking access to logging in and actually using your subscription. Now none of the fitplans load. I’ve been stuck with my current fitplan and not able to choose a new one due to this bug. Just frustrating that it seems like things just keep popping up.

The Fit Plan app is great for different workouts if you get tired of the same routine, they have multiple plans and fitness personalities to choose from’ love it!
Not good
The app is not working properly. I paid for a whole year. I can’t even see my workouts very disappointed 🥹
They’ve given up
The Fit Plan app no longer works. I couldn’t access different plans, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping it would fix the issue. Now I have no access at all, despite having an active paid subscription. This is extremely frustrating. I am paying for a service I cannot use and want my money back.

App won’t let me log in
I usually like this app, but recently it was really glitchy, so I deleted and reinstalled the app, now it won’t let me log in at all to access my subscription which I have already paid in full for the year!
I just keeps saying “ unable to connect to server, please try again at another time”
I have been trying to contact support with no response or help.

The app is crashing every day now
Is not keeping track of anything. I can’t access any program other than the currently in use. I can’t select next day workout, I am stuck with the previous day or earlier. My current program keeps freezing and the voice and video are out of sync. I logged out trying to refresh and see if it will solve the issue, no! Now I can’t log back in. It has become a daily struggle.

Love but crashes too much
I finally got back to working out. Bought the subscription again because I loved it in the past but in the few days I payed for it, it crashed. I chose a new plan by a new trainer that I wanted and the app just crashes. Since yesterday I haven’t been able to get the new plan that I want to train to open. Really disappointed because I paid for the year subscription and this is happening in the first week of paying for it.

Not working today what happened????
Can’t cancel subscription
Immense struggle to cancel subscription because it was originally made thru google then the app switched its method to receive payments to a different company. Customer service is unresponsive.
Good workouts- not helpful service
I got the app to track my progress as I am new to working out. The programs are great and I like the workouts, but the app doesn’t save my past workout data, so I can’t see my progress. I emailed support but they didn’t get backs to me, and now I can’t cancel my subscription… I really wanna track my progress, but the app isn’t working for me and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me with any solutions.

Clunky lately
I’ve used this app for the last 4 years and really like it, but lately it’s very clunky, it takes a few second to register any action. Very slow, but beside that still pretty good. But you guys need to update your app
