Halfway there….
The app works well and is easy to report issues, but that is about where it stops. The “feedback loop” seems to be missing and only rarely does the city respond to how or when the issue was handled. This is especially true when the issue is forwarded to another department where it dies a short death. I have reported near-emergency road issues with zero action taken on the issue and zero response. If they are going to have this app, then they need to manage it!
