Call Syncing Needs A LOT of Work
There are some really useful features in this app. I like being able to see a history of visitors, forward calls to other users in the home so someone else can answer if you miss the call, and quickly create a QR code for visitors. Those features are convenient and make managing visitors easier.
However, the biggest problem is the call syncing.
When someone calls from the gate, the app does not automatically launch. Instead, the call comes through like a regular phone call, but you can’t simply press a button to let the visitor in. I was missing gate calls for a while before I realized there was a three-dot menu on the call screen. You have to press the three dots, select Community Key, and then the call transfers over to the app so you can actually let the visitor in.
With the previous system, the app would activate automatically when there was a gate call. And if the app didn’t open for some reason, you could still press 9 on your phone to let the visitor in. The current system is much less intuitive and has resulted in missed visitors.
And then there’s the notification sound. 😩
The sound is SO obnoxious. When it goes off, my first thought is, “Who designed this?!” 😂 It makes you annoyed that someone is even at the gate. And the worst part? You cannot change the notification sound. I would love to be able to choose a different ringtone or notification tone, because the current one is unnecessarily irritating.
Overall, the app has some great features but the most vital function, “gate-call” experience, needs significant improvement.

Garbage
This has got to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. Setting up visitors is a pain. Viewing history is a pain - it shows as new unless you delete it, and if you delete it, guess what, you now have no history! The app does not synchronize well with your cell phone so you get a phone call instead of getting a notification from the app along with the video of the person who’s trying to visit you. So by the time you get to the app the request has already timed out and you have no way that you can communicate with the person who is trying to visit you.
The UI looks like trying to mimic 2001 a space Odyssey and 2001 was 25 years ago. I think a high school kid could’ve written a better app.
It’s just awful, and unfortunately we don’t have a choice because our HOA chose this company. I hope every day that they fix this app.

Never received 2 factors auth
Not the best user friendly
No manual
We got this a year ago, and it may be great, but no one from the company came to teach us how to use, whomever connected our phone to the visitors, didn’t do it correctly, and I asked management and they don’t know or have any instructions. Even here I have no clue who to contact for explanation on how to use several features.

Not friendly and practical at all
The quick code are only valid for toe hour la and the visitor codes no more than a month. I have many different services coming regularly to my house and I have to send a code per visit. The previous system was 100% better
