I had a flashing check engine light come on in my truck. Plugged in the code I received into Fixxr to see what the issue was, pointed me instantly to a few possible candidates of the failure in the 8th cylinder. I replaced the ignition coil as told and now we are back to runnin as should.
Great app for non car experts

Game changer
I love this app! . It has made understanding my car so much easier. In the past month, I’ve used Fixxr twice to quickly solve problems I couldn’t fix otherwise , despite reading the car handbook or searching online for answers. My first challenge was properly connecting my Apple CarPlay. I explained my issue to Fixxr and I was given a step-by-step method to properly connect my phone. Lastly, I used Fixxr to help reset my oil change service light. My mechanic forgot to reset the code and I was constantly getting a check oil service light. I tried accessing the car handbook and also going online for ways to reset it with no luck. I took a picture of the light and downloaded it to Fixxr and fortunately Fixxr gave a step-by-step way to reset my oil change service light. Now no more light and no more problems ! Both of these Fixxr fixes were a game changer to me having a more enjoyable ride!

Greatest App
Has your girlfriend ever paid for “premium air” in her tires? If yes then this is the app for you! I love the idea of cross referencing my quote for me so I don’t have to drive all around town to the different shops. I like to think I’m more mechanically inclined than I actually am, so the AI diagnostic has helped me make the correct fixes again and again while saving money!

I recently went to the automotive shop and got quoted for almost $1300 for spark plugs and coil wires. I used this app that I heard about from a friend to scan my quote. So glad I did because they were blatantly scamming me. I ended up finding another shop through the app that was even closer to me and charge me half the price.
