App keeps getting worse
5 years ago the app was awesome and easily connected. Now it’s terrible. Takes forever to sync and needs to resync every time you open the app. Something changed and now it’s such a pain to use.

It would be nice if your app and controller worked on holidays, you know, when people want to use their smoker.
Terrible, used to be great
I’ve used the app for years and it’s now barely functional. Constantly drops out and resets cooks. Almost unusable.
Connectivity
Getting the Egg Genius to connect to any of the apps is a waste of time. It doesn’t connect to the correct Wi-Fi that I have. We’re great when I first got it now it’s garbage really disappointed in it.
A sad example how to do a great product useless
After several updates the app still having communication problems to be able to see the temps I need to close and reopen the app constantly. Yesterday also I used the last update and now I can't set the meat temp below 140 F. Before was 100 F. For me is very important because I do a lot of reverse searing. Maybe is time to start my search for a new controller.
