App has degraded
I used to love this app but in the last year it disconnects constantly and I can’t get it to work with my watch. After years of being able to use my watch anywhere to monitor. Very disappointing.
Not too impressed
Each time I start a cook and name it/set it up, about ten mins in the app starts a new cook, then when I go into history to see the cook I actually set up, it kicks me out and goes to the new cook that it automatically created. The reason for two stars is the device at least holds the temp that I set. For the price of the product, I expected a lot more from the app.

App keeps getting worse
5 years ago the app was awesome and easily connected. Now it’s terrible. Takes forever to sync and needs to resync every time you open the app. Something changed and now it’s such a pain to use.
Awful
It would be nice if your app and controller worked on holidays, you know, when people want to use their smoker.
Terrible, used to be great
I’ve used the app for years and it’s now barely functional. Constantly drops out and resets cooks. Almost unusable.
