App doesn’t work
Haven’t even been able to use the app, it isn’t working.
Where is my money?
So I added only five dollars to this Flamingo card and I already had six dollars. It says I have 11 now yet I have no available money to use for a bus. I don’t understand.
Lack of customer service
I’ve been trying to get in touch with ANYBODY who can assist with the app because the QR code isn’t scanning. After making numerous phone calls and leaving voice mail messages, nobody has responded.
App terrible
The app is terrible - I’ve wasted more money than it cost to ride for 3 days!
Hate this app
I’m new to Florida and just learned how buses work here. First time using the app and when I selected the monthly Passport pass, i selected buy now and I saw where they took the $80. Here it is only 2 and a half weeks later and when I go to use my pass in the app, it’s telling me to add funds. To top it off, how to use this app isn’t very clear. Needs some sort of information page. Won’t be using this app anymore.

ZERO support
This app needs a tune up. It has no problem adding funds but a total nightmare using them. Who designed this POS?!!!

Virtual card
Each time I change my phone, the virtual card that already exists and has funds on it will not work. It shows as a card with a balance but when I attempt to use it, it says no card exists. This is extremely frustrating!
Terrible
I downloaded the app but I can’t confirm my account because I never received the email. Now I’m stuck in limbo. Can’t make a new account and can’t use the current one.
Can't figure this
Maybe it's me. I can't seem to figure out how to get a purchase on to the pass. I might be daft but an App like this should just work.
The reason why I use the Flamingo Fares app
The reason why I use the Flamingo Fares app is that I can check how much I have in my Flamingo Fares card, and I can reload money to the card when it reaches $5.00 or less.

Didn’t give me virtual I put on now my money is stuck in limbo and I’m waiting had to go to start job in the morning now I just lost job thanks flamingo your garbage I will never use app aging you thieving company.
Virtual Card won’t load
It is ridiculous that the card that I used on my old iPhone that had a balance -can’t be used on my new phone. Virtual cards should always be associated with an email, not a device. I have just list all of the money I previously loaded!
Change how u add the fees
Hello my only concern is that I have to automatically put $5 on even if I have a certain amount on there already I feel like it should let you add however much you need for that moment.

Wasted $20 never was able to pull up once on the trolly. Not very user friendly.

I signed up for an account. I can’t use the account until I verify a link in an email sent. But there is no link in the email so I have an app I cannot use

So I have 10 dollars just idol on this app because it says it virtual however it is not it’s just a picture of a card and no way to scan or get my money back I have tried to make my physical card into a virtual and same thing the app is slow very disappointing and you need it if you get any discounts on your bus fare tighten up PSTA
