This app worked fine until about a week ago. It displays nothing, I can’t see my account or anything. It’s just a green display

I’ve had this account for over 10 years. So recently my phone needed an update so I deleted the app. I reinstalled the app today and now I only get a blank green screen nothing more. Any suggestions?
Customer Service is so ignorant.
You have people from different countries like to use colorism in ignorance against you.. but using the card and have an access to it. It’s OK but everything else of dealing with Customer Service. They need to put more people that are American to bow everything. Because people can be unfairly treated or disrespected. Thank you.

Maybe it’s just a payment malfunction but I was charged 2wice for a bad experience.. and it won’t fix itself when I prompt the message

I’m getting to the point to where i am about to switch banks i constantly have to call customer service because i am unable to login to my account through the app i have face recognition on and saved password this is unacceptable and im beyond frustrated and tired of it oh and im unable to login as of now

Lockout
Today, I am unable to review my account on the this app. I have face recognition, and it signs me in then puts me back in the login screen over and over. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it’s still pushing me out the system. Why is this happening?.. is it because I trying to link my account to Robin Hood. Can someone explain why this app isn’t allowing me to log in

The worst card company ever
This is honestly the worst card company ever, i recommend you NEVER use this card, first off, they locked my card OUT OF THE BLUE and told me I had to call, to my surprise, I call and I’m on hold for 1hr and 40 minutes just ti be told I have to wait 6 HIURS ti get verified for MY CARD THAT IM ALREADY VERIFIED FOR…..THE 6 hours passed by and then I called, I have been on hold for 2 exact hours, I’ve emailed them and only gotten automated emails, this is so frustrating. I still haven’t gotten my card fixed and I’m still on hold

I had this account for some years now and not had many issues but recently I noticed mobile check capture not being available and didn’t like that. Now I’m trying to pre-find a check to pay my rent and that option is gone also. Why are these two features not available anymore? Y’all are supposed to be advancing, not reverting back in time. What about the checks I’ve already purchased? That now are useless??

Would totally give 5 starts if the mobile check feature was still working or available it’s totally disappeared as if it was never there. Love everything else about the app except for the taking the mobile check feature away as I am located in North Carolina so it should of been available but owell

Did a mobile check capture, mind you I just done one a week prior to this one! The same way . My app is updated and all. Just to upload it get an email telling me to write void on the front of my check and now the app won’t open to receive the voided capture and customer service is telling me they no long use this system! It’s the weekend my mom balloon release is tomorrow in Lawton and my employer is out of town and I don’t have money . Thanks a lot ace flare account and customer service for putting me in this position.

I rated it four stars because I was tryin to take a picture of my paycheck but as soon as I sign in it wasn’t showing up on the app for whatever reason!
