Ok so when I got the app I aculacly excited cuz I had no equipment and I was very weak so I really needed this but I got on for the second day and I needed some equipment.

i just started using this app and iโm so glad i found it. all of the other apps require payment or a subscription so i like how flat tummy doesnโt cost money and allows me to workout freely. the exercises are great and they really make me work up a sweat. thanks to flat tummy for being a free app that allows anyone to work out with the same support.
