App malfunction
This app does not save nor keep your password when you place it on remember me

Do not use this card. They are simply stealing your money and not even trying to hide it. This is terrible
Login problems
Every time I get logged out of the app it’s a pain to get logged back in. I have to reset my password every time and create a new one because it won’t take the old one, even if it’s typed correctly & works on the browser version. So it’s pointless to have an app when regardless I have to revert back to using a browser.

Untimely update service
I’ve paid my account balance since last month and the online account still shows a balance due. How long does it take to update account??
Doesn’t work
Won’t let me log in and has not options for password assistance. Just keeps saying try again later for months

It always forgets my login information. Even when I reset password, it still doesn’t let me login.

I've been using the service for a number of years and it's been great very helpful and allows me to make arrangements for payment. I love it.
Half operating system
More improvements can be made to the user interface. Such as making it faster to log in without inputting my password every time I have to access the app. The app is minimal not much I can do on it when it comes to editing the driver's information or adding a payment method. A lot can be made to make the app more effective.

I really like the app makes life easy. Only thing though is it would be very helpful to be able able to get total gallons total dollars by fuel type year to date YTD reports
Don’t get shell card
The fees if you miss a payment is outrageous. My balance was $100 I miss a payment now I have to pay $275 that’s ridiculous make you not wanna pay

Can’t Login
Called for support and they are clueless. No forgot password on app. Reset thru browser 3 times and went to app to login. Says failed due to user name or password. Need username to be able to change password so I know it’s the password. Copied and paste, typed out doesn’t matter. Read other reviews on here with other customers with same issues. Looks like they will never get this fixed. Now have to use web page.
Save your time and don’t get the app and get use to it. You will be locked out at some point and won’t be able to use!

I don’t like the fact that you can’t add more than 1 account. You have to log out and log back into an account instead of having access to multiple when you’re in the app
