Easy to pay and no hassle
They paid my rent on time. They took the first payment out. I scheduled it for July 31 they took it. I wasn’t due for my second half until August 15 and I’ve already paid that and they’re already on September and it’s easy with no you know no one calling you or bothering you or anything. It’s just you can add any card that you want and you can move any card so other cards aren’t being charged by accident Terrell easy get along great company. I would recommend them to all.

I was mad skeptical at first. But I love this app. Even when I have the money it’s cool not to have to give it all up in one day. If you are DJ get this. You never know when your next gig might cancel. God send app

Comes in clutch when you absolutely need funds for something more immediate just split your rent and make sure you have a second check coming in for that other half.

This app/company is a sham! Not only did they not pay my rent and accrue me a late fee, but I ended up paying a monthly Flex fee for their lack of services. If I could give zero stars I would!

They lie and overcharge
First monthly charge is more than advertised as the only way to exchange money with them is a debit card which is a percentage of your rent which if you’re splitting most likely will double your monthly fee. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GOVE THEM MONEY. So it’s mandatory charge that you should consider ON TOP OF the monthly fee. Also the over charged my rent by $70 stating it was a late fee from my apartment when I paid on the 31st, early. They won’t respond to this review but I have pictures of email exchanges and vey thing for anyone interested. I even sent them my LEASE, to show them I was being overcharged and they still blamed me and said I am in control. Horrible customer service and terrible business practice to lie about monthly fees. You are better off paying a late fee for your rent and split it yourself

Life Changer!!!!
I’ve been using Flex since 2024 and the split rent has truly allowed me to save money and have extra funds until the next pay period. Would recommend to anyone especially families with kids. It’s an amazing app and worth every penny.

I hate this service
I set my payments up and then, without notice, they took money I didn’t have out of my account 9 days early. I had it set up for the second payment to be on the 17th but they processed it on the 8th and now I am totally screwed.
