I've been in time for close to a year
And they still make me pay a bugger amount first payment. With all the nickel and diming ykud think they'd give me an increase of credit.

Flex is so convenient and good for people who can’t pay rent all at once. The process between flex and the apartment office was quick. Once I made the first payment the rent was paid in full a few hours later. Love it.

Everything they said it would be
I have a second apartment for my daughter while she’s in school and that has become a definite hardship however, with the Flex app, I’m able to take some of the load off of the first of the month and move it to the middle of the month making every rent on time thank you so much
Good but needs improvement.
I’ve been a Flex user since October, and my rent has gone up $500 yet Flex hasn’t changed my line of credit, which is a HUGE miss on their part. So I essentially pay the majority of it on the 1st, therefore this function/tool isn’t very helpful. They claim to review to see if you’re eligible for line of credit increases but I don’t believe it, I have good history and there’s no reason they shouldn’t automatically better split the two payments to be more equal. Tempted to look at other options.

Very helpful
I was doubtful about using this option the first year I moved in. I then had some medical issues come up and thanks to Flex I'm not broke after paying rent with one paycheck. Now it's split into 2 payments over 2 paychecks. Thank you Flex!!

Flex is great such a lifesaver! You pay Flex on 2 dates of your choice within the month but Flex pays your rent in full on the 1st
