Wish the UI was just a little different for HSAs
This app is fine for me except that all I have here is an HSA account. I was expecting to see the current balance as the main information for this type of account, but instead I see just “contributions” and “IRS limit”. To see the current balance I have to tap “view more” and then “details”. I just want to quickly see the current balance; I will only ever be in a time crunch when I am looking for the current balance to see if I can pay for something with this account. All other information can be slightly more hidden and require more digging around. For HSAs, can “total balance” or “cash available to spend” be displayed right on the main view underneath the contributions and limit info? That would be perfect

Crashes while submitting claims
I'ma pretty patient fellow, but it's Irritating needing to submit a claim for everything, even copays at the hospital. App keeps crashing just before the claim is submitted.

Rip off
This does allow you to use the money taken from your check and use it in a timely manner for the monthly pass. I have $340 in the account and can’t access it!!!!
Dishonest company and clunky app
Absolutely horrible app and even worse customer services. It sometimes takes weeks for claims to be approved and that claim was only processed because I sent a follow up reminder. The customer agents refuse to be transparent with company policies. If a transaction is pended, don’t expect to receive a notification or email, you have to constantly check the app or website in hopes that you’ll catch if they require additional information. I once requested to speak with a supervisor and was simply told that I could just submit all claims directly to her. Why would they require participants to do extra submission steps instead of addressing the poor quality of customer support?

Why does card decline
I can’t get to use my card to pay for my prescription it keeps declining so I have to pay out of pocket I ha the problem early in the and it was fixed then it started again

Fictionality
It’s a beautiful app I love it. If I could improve anything I would work on making it more user friendly. I understand it now but it took me a while.
Reimbursement fails to work
When trying to submit a reimbursement claim, after you choose how you would like you reimbursement, the app pushes you back to the previous page. I notified the company of this a couple weeks ago and it is still not working.
Contact and direct deposit
How can I see if you have the correct direct deposit info ? Or where do I change my bank? Is there a chat function ? How do I ask these questions ? There’s no option to ask on phone menu or here
Claim in process activity hard to find
Very hard to figure claims that are being processed after they have been submitted. I am not sure why it is not an option or automatically displayed under activity
App never fully functions
Most links in app redirect to home screen or do nothing at all. The home screen often displays only the dispersed funds so far and not your balance. It does partially work sometimes, so that’s why 2 stars and not 1.
Review
This app is horrible and so is the customer service. You get the run around no information is valid. I requested an additional card because spouses are not in the same place at the same time. I was sent a Card that i CANT use for doctors visits or medications. I asked for information regarding the money we set aside and I can’t get a straight answer. I’ve been waiting well over 45 days for a supervisor to return my call and nothing !!! This is not reasonable nor acceptable.

Technical difficulty
I’ve been trying to sign up in this app since I got this card in February , still haven't been able to , literally all you have to do is put in simple simple information and it's telling me that I'm not validated smh 🤦🏽♀️and all they do is give the runaround and transfer you to different people.
Easy to submit
This is the first year I’ve put claims in. I was reimbursed in a timely manner. I only wish that I knew about this before. 6+ years, I’ve spent thousands out of pocket. Oh well. APP is great. Assistance is available if needed.
Customer Service
This company is horrible! The customer service is no help and I get a different answer every-time I call.
Customer Service Hangs up
Customer service hangs up on you while you are waiting. You can not use the card everywhere even if it’s FSA approved.
