Fast to Download and Easy to Use
All I did was download the app and enter my room code and my key popped up with my room number.

We arrived and it allowed us access to the hallway but then didn’t work for our actual apt. Two kids needing a bathroom so it was very unfortunate!

Excellent room, very friendly and professional staff, highly recommend breakfast in the restaurant. I am gluten free and they were able to accommodate me with the salmon toast! Very, very well pleased.

never a problem always working and never have to dread that you forgot your room key ever guarantied peace of mind
Maybe if you need one key!
Had a code, but have a family, every time they tried to send new codes so 3 of us could get it would deactivate the other codes. The clerk threw up her hands and gave and gave up good old fashioned room keys. They seriously need to figure out their process before unleashing this system in the wild or they need better training and UI on the hotel end so the clerks can figure out how to give out more than one room key code. It should be unbelievably simple, they check in 3 separate phone numbers, 3 texts go out to 3 phones with codes and voila they all work. Not rocket science.

Quick and easy
No more digging in my bag for a hotel key. I can use my phone instead. It’s quick, convenient and easy.
Terrible
The hotel I regularly stay at has switched to using FLEXIPASS and it’s upset the staff and guests. What used to take 2 mins now takes 10 mins and they had to give me a key at the end. Sometimes things don’t need fixing

We use this at Aliso Apartments in Los Angeles. It’s nice to offer hotel-level amenities like keyless entry for our residential apartments. Great product and support team!
