Flickr App

A great place to meet people through photography. From a technical perspective, the notification system is lacking; notifications often do not work even when they are enabled on both the device and in the software. Another thing - background refresh needs improvement. The rest of the things, in general look good and work

The Focus is a Quality Experience

The site is simultaneously complex and intuitive. Those characteristics make for an enriching experience.

Stunning photography app

By far the best app and platform for photographers.

Flickr is the apex of photo sharing applications in every way

I’ve been paying for my account for over 10 years and it is without a doubt the best service I use and worth every cent. They place no limit on the size or number of images, so you don’t have to crop or shrink any to meet some bogus limits and can post all of your images in their full glory. This is becoming more and more an issue with the latest “35mm” mirrorless cameras from Leica, Sony and Nikon that sport ca. 50 MP sensors. In addition, Flickr provides what I think is the best security and image protection control technology available. If you’re a photographer this is where you should be.

It’s nice and easy to use

Great Place to Store Photos

I’ve been with Flickr for a lot of years with a Pro Account. It’s a great place to store and show my photos as well as to interact with other photographers. It’s a great online photography community. I especially like the groups. I also like that Flickr automatically backs up my iPhone photos to a private album.

Very good, Thank You.

Love photography,~ some folks are born musicians, some born to be painters… I was lucky… I was born

Photographic talent is an art itself, it’s a practice, you learn from your mistakes and you move on… Flickr allows me to learn from my errors and allow me to excel my art to share to others. I find Flickr the only outlet available that open s my creative sprit and to challenge myself myself seeing others works.

As one person stated it’s hard to get into a gallery to show off your efforts…. Flickr affords that venue to everyone…

I highly recommend Flickr!

No more Flickr

This new UI is terrible. You should fire the group that came up with it. Not renewing for this elementary (now) half baked product***UPDATE
I have my old UI back and I really appreciate it. Back to 5 stars!

Great forum for photography

I’m using Flickr from 10 years both website as well as app. It’s great forum to share our work and get inspired from other works and share our experiences

Muito organizado e bonito

O flickr mantém a qualidade excelente de feed organizado e uma diversidade algorítmica.

Way Better Than Instagram

Why? Its not owned by Facebook and you own your content, not big brother. You can post hi-res photos. They don’t have to be square. And people actually love and care about photography on this platform. Try it!

The Best Photo App Ever

Flickr has one of the best sites for showcasing your photos.

A True Place For Photography

Flickr isn’t about the perfect selfie in the latest must be seen setting. It’s also not a place for those who only have the most expensive gear and technical expertise.
It’s a collective of those who love what a photograph can evoke and convey. Be they amateur or professional,
they celebrate the magic of light and shadows coming together in a perfect a moment.
It’s a rare, truly civilized community where diverse talents and perspectives form a fascinating view of the world and humanity.

Needs an update

Needs a update showing trending photos and be interactive with more social media apps

I love it.

Thank you so much. I love it. This month I am so happy for see a lot of beautiful photos.

Great application

Love the new look, but it seems that someone is signing me out for a laugh which means that I must sign back in and this behaviour won’t be tolerated.

Not social media

I’ve had a Flickr account for close to nineteen years. It has never felt like social media, but a platform that thrives particularly on the desktop, not mobile devices, and prioritises photography, not self promotion. It has enabled me to connect with like minds around the globe. Those that love art, love pictures, and understand these things beyond superficiality. It has become a community I enjoy smart exchanges with - sometimes simply fun, other times rather high-minded - but in either case has a strong connective base. Long live Flickr.
