Great app, but...
I was able to book my flight, however I kept getting emails saying my flight was cancelled. Ok then why do I still have the ticket and money has been taken out of my account!? Get it together developers! Keep testing the app and make sure it works!!!
Poor service.
Long wait time when we call to change something and within minutes rates changing 4 times.
Failed
I had to try a few times first it just buffered & never executed the transaction the 2nd time it said the flight was no longer available tried again & again buffered finally it got processed on 4th try
App doesn’t work
I bought some tickets and they don’t show on the App I have been contacting them since that happened to me few weeks ago, but they can’t fix it. Has been very frustrating every time I texted them, sent messages on WhatsApp the AI was answering my request until I called more than a week ago and they can’t update the app, it shows as if I don’t have any trip booked.

Would not recommend!
Can’t speak to a live person unless you have a 9 digit code. I’m out over $800 and have been trying to speak to a live person for 5 days with ZERO luck unless I have a 9 digit code according the a robot!
Very disappointed experience
I had a very disappointing experience with FlightHub.
They are very responsive when you’re booking a flight, but once you’ve paid, customer service is almost impossible to reach. They make it easy to contact the sales team, yet getting help from customer support is extremely difficult because you’re constantly redirected to an automated system instead of speaking to a real person.
What made the experience even worse is that they cancelled my flight at the last minute without providing a reasonable alternative or backup plan. This left me with unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and a lot of frustration.
I honestly wish someone had written a review like this before I booked with FlightHub. It would have saved me a lot of stress, time, and money. I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience. I would never book through FlightHub again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Worst ever
They charge fees for their own system, which isn't fully developed. I booked my flight at 3 a.m. and had to cancel it at 9 a.m. because no one was able to book my dog on the flight. I ended up paying a $225 fee (3 ppl) because I wanted to fly with my two daughters. Cancellation refunds take 10 business days for credit cards and 30 days for debit cards. I hope my money comes back soon enough so I can fly on August 9, 2026. Be careful where you buy from! Ridiculous company.

Don’t use this garbage!
They took my money, but I never received a confirmation email. The trip doesn’t even show up when I log into my account.
Their AI keeps asking for a booking ID, but I never received one. They don’t answer the phone either.
I’m going to report this as fraud to my bank.

Flight booking
I booked a flight from flight hub after 1 month they are saying that your flight has been cancelled. And, they have only 1 option that is refund. Don’t book from this app. And, now I have to pay $300 extra for another flight.

First time trying this app, and I got the most horrible experience, as every year I get to have my kids for the summer, I am currently not working due to medical issues, and I could finally get the money together to buy the tickets, i trusted this app and bought them I kept waiting for my tickets and all I got is an email saying they cancelled it, and that I will get my refund in August wich is almost 2 months, I called them and they say they cannot help, now I don’t get to see my kids this year, so yes I had the most horrible experience, my advise spend a little more, because the cheapest end up being the most expensive, horrible experience!!!!!

Refunds
I cancelled my booking within one hour and I did not get my refund its been 60 days already and their policy says that it takes 10 days. Not a good place to book tickets. Never going to book again from here.
