Racing! Yes!
Love everything about Flo Racing, my only issue is that the app on my tv loads soooo slow, but once up and running there are no issues, just an awsome choice of racing tv to watch.
Schedule wrong
The schedule says coverage starts at 7:15 eastern, but not showing at 4:15 pacific. You need to show the whole stage!!
Sound is echoed
Not sure what is happening but when I hit play on replays it starts and then 2 seconds later the sound plays again in the background making it impossible to enjoy what I am watching.
Billing
I would recommend staying away from Flow Sport unless you’re prepared for a subscription that may be more difficult to cancel than expected.
About six months before my membership was even set to renew, I canceled it through my Apple ID and assumed everything was taken care of. Despite that, when my renewal date came around, Flow Sport attempted to charge my card anyway. When the first attempt failed, they tried again multiple times.
To make sure there wasn’t an issue on my end, I logged into their website, confirmed my Apple subscription had already been canceled, and canceled anything I could find on their website as well. I then contacted their support through their contact form and clearly explained that I no longer wanted the service and asked them to stop attempting to bill my card.
The next day, instead of receiving confirmation that the issue had been resolved, I started getting emails asking how my conversations with support representatives had gone. The problem is, I never spoke with anyone. Everything was handled through online forms and email. There were no actual conversations with the people they referenced.
All I wanted was for my subscription to be canceled and for them to stop trying to charge my card. Based on my experience, the cancellation process was frustrating, confusing, and left me with very little confidence that my account had actually been closed.
