App is genuinely the most expensive subscription I have and it’s the worst user experience possible. Constantly buffers or bugs when trying to get it to play in background and clicking back into app. Cannot believe I’m having to pay for this service.

App isn’t great. Often trying to maximise window and it breaks, need to restart everything multiple times a day

Crashing

The app constantly crashing and kicking me out back to the start as the app resets, on live streams and replay. This is on any device I use. Very bad!

Poor Signal During Seasonal Events

The app is extremely glitchy, particularly during seasonal events. For events such as ADCC, one would reasonably expect significant increases in service demand. Flo have seemingly not anticipated this increase in traffic and the burden on technical infrastructure.

Delivery of Saskatchewan Hockey League games inconsistent live coverage and streaming. Only some games available for replay. No game available September 11 North Battleford at Warman to see replay

Between the road, cyclocross, and BMX - a ton of great content. And the TV app is vastly improved - works consistently now, including fast forward and rewind.

Terrible

Worst app ever! Paid 20$ a month and the whole time the app is glitching I can’t even see what is going on because the glitching is so bad! 20$!!! Oh and I can’t watch my nephew play if my kids in the other room are watching him because I can only stream on 1 device for that price completely ridiculous

Has issues

This app sports coverage should work well but when the app goes to a commercial in the middle of active play it’s unacceptable. Also, many times the screen goes to display Technical Difficulties and I miss much of a game. Get this fixed and maybe it will be worth the money.

The live stream I’m watching has a terrible cameraman that has missed several plays, and touchdowns. Additionally, the audio has been a disaster. Not worth the subscription.

Don’t expect to watch anything

Have had the service for two volleyball matches. The feed didn’t start until the second set of the first match. For the second match the feed quit after the second set. Two matches, two failures. I will be calling for my money back.

No audio or scoreboard

Paid for months subscription and very disappointed already and only watching my second game no audio and through most of the first game no idea what the score was now we’ve been interrupted with technical difficulties and can’t even see the game at all. Very disappointing money not well spent
