Convenient and easy to use
Making an appointment is very easy. Nice to be able to schedule something without remembering to have to call during business hours. Your car info is saved so there’s never a question about “what’s your car make/model.”
App issues
I down loaded the app, uploaded all my jeeps info. When I log into the app, none of the info is there. None of the maintenance (Jeep been there for 4 visits), nothing. Received a text saying I have 1353 points to claim, can’t claim them. This app is just wasting space on my phone

Non-functional
App doesn’t let you get past verifying phone number. I tried the Apple autofill, I tried typing, and I tried copying the number. Nothing worked. If you can’t create an account, the app is horrible by default.
Doesn’t actually do the one thing it’s supposed to do
I submitted a request for maintenance through the app and never received a confirmation. Finally called and they didn’t have anything in their system. Had to schedule at a less convenient later time. What’s the point of the app? Their website told me to schedule in the app.
Can’t open items or visits in Service History
When I try to open, it says “Whoops!” something went wrong. Please try again. No dice when I tried again.
Great Reward System
I am so glad that Honda has a System we’re customers can earn points for rewards as a way to show appreciation.
Not able to create account
Entered all required info and tried entering the verification code that was sent on SMS but every time it says Whoops… incorrect code.
Even when asking for help on the contact us - after entering all info… does not even go ahead… encounter another Whoops (sic) !!!

This app and point system is stupid and borderline a scam you have to spend thousands in service gift shop to earn any redeemable points better yet any redeemable points that’s worth something. It’s not even convenient and it’s an unnecessary step in the buying process

i’ve been trying to use the app since i bought my car and it won’t load at all . the same “whoops!” message pops up and says the server is having some type of error .. super disappointed .

App Not Functional
I have been attempting to log in to check the details of my vehicle’s recent service with Flow. The app simply does not work at all. I have tried logging in with Google, deleting the app and reinstalling, creating a new account, and all you get is a “Whoops! We encountered an error” message whenever you even attempt to log in or access anything. It doesn’t work and the app is not functional. Very disappointing.
