Best calendar app ever
So good, repeated events, automatic scheduling taking into account priority, travel times and due dates. Syncing with calendar.
So many good functions.
So many good functions.
The best calendar app!!
I use this app to manage an insanely busy schedule as someone in law school who is involved in a lot of extracurriculars, values health + self-care, and has a rich social life. Trying to balance it all can feel impossible sometimes- like I have to give up maintaining a social life beyond school or caring for my home/self. With FlowSavvy I can finally balance it all without wasting hours just trying to organize my schedule to fit everything, then rearranging it when things change. FlowSavvy figures it out for me - and the best part? I can adjust it all seamlessly if something comes up! I also appreciate what appears to be a responsive team working hard to continue to improve and innovate the app and its features. Thanks FlowSavvy!

Thanks so much for this great review! This is exactly what FlowSavvy is built for, so we're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying it and that it's helping you!
Almost perfect, even in the free version!
This scheduling app is by far the best I have seen/used, and that is from someone who has only ever had the free version. FlowSavvy needs a better widget (perhaps some way to create emojis or symbols for each task, the way Structured does), but is otherwise perfect for what it is, even in the free version. FlowSavvy allows one to search for completed and current tasks (with a limit of less than 30 days ago in the free version), allows for suitably detailed options for repeating tasks, allows for different colors for different tasks, allows overlapping tasks, has an inbox feature, has at least 5 lists for organizing tasks, and so much more, all in the free version. I do wish there were an option for lifetime access to FlowSavvy Pro, but at $7/month or $60 a year (equivalent to $5/month), the cost does seem rather reasonable. In fact, I will likely try the premium version myself once I am in a financial position to do so.

Second brain type of app. Combine with Obsidian and Claude to become a 10x person
Great well done app 1 small specific issue
App is really great I use it now for task management and scheduling and it’s really been helping me find the right time to do things. The only small issue I have is in my apple calendars which are appearing on FlowSavvy, I have a family calendar which I am subscribed to but the all-day events only appear as 12 - 12am and puts it as busy instead of normal all-day events where events could still reschedule to this day. On my apple calendar it all appears fine, it’s only in the conversion between apple and FlowSavvy that it’s happening and only with this family calendar.

Hi, thanks so much for your review! We're so glad FlowSavvy is helping you! Please reach out to support@flowsavvy.app regarding the all-day events issue. If they're showing as all-day events in Apple calendar, they should show that way in FlowSavvy too, so it's possible there's a bug or edge case we missed. Thanks again!
