Doesn’t even show your driving history correctly or show why you were given a bad score, terrible app with no explanation for anything

so happy with adrian flux, their app keeps me up to date with how well i’ve been driving and if i was to have an off day where i might have gone a couple miles off the speed limit, the app keeps me up to date weather my black box need charging or weather it’s too hot, i got to choose wear my black box could be fitted which was good as i could put it someone i could reach and where it won’t affect my driving. Adrian flux are cheap for first time and young drivers and they also tell me how much i would pay for a renewal on my insurance, they also tell me how much i would be saving if i was to keep up with the good driving which makes me more cautious of how i drive making sure i save my money. They’re really good with their customer services and always gives me the best advice weather it’s to do with my mileage or my payments. ive loved being with adrian flux and i will definitely recommend and renew my insurance with them again.

The app is super easy to use and manage your policy! It gives lots of information on your score, mileage and where your recent trips have been alongside having access to contact Adrian flux easily!

Decent App, have been using Adrian flux for almost a year now. However every time i want to view my score of how well i’ve driven they seem to always be making improvements to the app and to check back soon. Mostly every single time. I just want to check how well i have driven but i can’t because of this!!!

I have been with this company for only 3 months, but so far they’ve been absolutely amazing, the customer service is brilliant, super helpful. i have a black box insurance, and i love the fact i can track my miles, journeys and they even give me weather updates! i absolutely recommend this insurance company if you need to get cheap insurance:)

App works fine. As a parent it is handy to monitor journeys, speed, keep track of mileage etc. I’m not sure how accurate it is regarding speed after many other reviews I have read! DO NOT believe the forecasted premium for the next year of insurance. My daughters app said her next premium would be £1400 and it’s actually turned out to be £1900 with no explanation why. On the FAQS on the app it tells you that the price it shows is accurate and then on a different page it says they are not guaranteed. Very contradicting and misleading.
There were no changes to the policy, it is not accurate or guarenteed. When questioned, Adrian Flux stated they sent out information regarding the premium increase. There wasn’t any contact at all from Adrian Flux regarding this.

Best Black box insurance by far!! Never been happier with an insurance company. Can’t thank them enough for all there help and support.
Seems ok but could do with more detail
So far the App has worked well. Each day we get the smiley face - great driving and a reduction on the renewal.
Downside however is that when you review the journeys you get these little bits of orange that say ‘caution - watch your speed’ but it doesn’t tell you what speed was recorded so you can go back and check.
On a couple of occasions there has been a tiny bit of red - unsafe driving but again doesn’t tell you why, what speed it thinks you did vs the speed limit.
Even with the small amounts of red and orange markers the premium renewal went down the overall score was ‘Great Driving’. Hence being a bit confusing to read. This part of the app needs a bit more work. It would be great if the app incorporated a live map showing you moving around and what speed limit it thinks that part of the road is.
Overall though, so long as these blips don’t affect my daughters renewal or result in a sudden cancellation (as I’ve seen in other reviews), the app is simple and the box easy to use.
