Multiple delete App/Reinstall for this app. Still will not store details when “box” is ticked. On the phone to them almost an hour. Still no resolution. Now they’ve been bought over by E-on maybe they don’t care.

Removed guest top up

Removing guest top for love of the game and not providing an alternative is just a really poor customer experience design choice.

Just look at how many people are struggling to log in on their app reviews.
