OVO say to download this app as the other one is going to be closed down soon. Tried multiple times, removing and redownloading. Problem is that it won’t let you login in.

As another user said, it requires too many permissions anyway, may as well just use the website if it’s going to be this much of a hassle.

New app
Is this the new app as this is the one I have but it’s saying to get the new app but this is the only one on app stores I’m confused
Price don’t include VAT
In the app you can see your average daily, weekly, monthly, yearly usage which is good but all the prices don’t include VAT it’s really inconvenient there should really be an option to change it to include or exclude VAT from the pricing

Not Working
Used to access this easily, now it won’t allow me in due to incorrect details, although they’re the same details I use to log on to view my account via their webpage.
