Amazed
I very rarely write reviews for apps, but this app truly amazed me. I wanted to change my billing date to the 1st of the month; it was set to the later half. I typed this request into the AI chat bot expecting a long read or a chat with a Human. But no, within 2 clicks it had changed this for me.

Keep the old app
With the old app there was no need to log in and you could top up, now you are forced to create an account. Why…
cannot login
The new app is awful. When I try to login , it show "Sorry, there was a problem grabbing your account information." It does not work even I reset the password.

Honestly the height of ridiculousness there was an app that was working well until that of course gets discontinued and instead there is an app where I have to set up a new account except your algorithm does not recognise my exact details to your vague questions, and I would phone but I also have no phone reception today because another company is carrying out work they did not tell their customers about so now I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place while I hope one of those is resolved before I run out of electricity.

log in issues
New app
The new app will not load onto my iPhone as it still thinks the old one is on even after deleting. It will open the new app but even after topping up I get no email confirmation and have no idea if it’s going to work. Why didn’t you just update the old version? And it has taken the money as if it’s working.

How do I add my payg electricity to the app
Old top up app doesn’t work was told to use OVO energy app but it only has my pay monthly gas account on it, can you add payg electricity to the OVO energy app?

This is one of the best energy apps I have ever used, it is really simple to use and everything easy to find. Amazing.
Dreadful
The old app at least showed you your balance as of midnight the previous day. This is weeks out. I’ve ran out of electricity twice since using this app because the up to date balance isn’t showing. Please update because this is currently absolutely pointless and only good for making a payment.
Gas not sowing up only electricity
Terrible it’s a broken app already, I log in and only my electricity shows up and no gas account information or a way to top up it. I’m using a iPad as I dont use a phone.
Constant issues
This is the new updated app but is worse than the old one and that really is saying something, the old one was next to useless and this one seems to be trying to copy it.
