This doesn’t make sense

Dont know if the developers will read this. But just to let you know that the only fact that everytime I go in my app. My own app. I have to re login every time I wanna buy a ticket. This made me leave the app and buy a ticket on flynas. Imagine eve tu time I wanna buy a ticket I need to type my email. My password and received a text message and wait for the text. What if I’m in another country and don’t have my mobile number ? It’s very annoying and I just booked from flynas.

Very bad airline! I arrived at the airport and could not clip the boarding pass because customer service explained to me that the boarding pass is only taken from the airport and I was not compensated for the flight and I made a new reservation.

للاسف تنلغي رحلات بدون اي رساله ويجدولون حجزك بمزاجهم ووالله انا الان في مطار الملك خالد من 9 صباح واخرو رحلتي 3 مرات الى 10 مساء بدون اي اعتذار او تعويض لامبالاة وفوضى ماتخطر على بالكم ... وقتكم ثمين لاتضيعونه مع هذا النوع من الطيران
