In the past three years, I have utilized Flying Blue to book flights some 20 times. Never a problem for me !

Zero stars if I could.

If you want to transfer chase points good luck. You can’t log in. You can’t find flights with points, and honestly you can’t even log in with out calling the 1-800 number. This app is trash all around. Scratch it and start over.

I would have given this app zero ! And they deal with aviation ! I wonder if I should trust KLM and Air France ever ! Spooky !

Double dipping points, so worth it!

This app is amazing! I didn’t know about double dipping points, but this is SO worth it! The points help me save a lot of money when booking tickets with KLM! And the best of all is that I only have to link my cards and credits are saved automatically when I purchase something with one of the merchants who is part of the program (the offer is already great and I’ve noticed it’s growing). Had to get “used of using it”, but once my cards were connected it was actually very easy!

No miles ever credited

Just as the title says. I did few purchases on different websites. Few months later and I haven’t been credit for it. There is no “contact us” or any customer service ever listed to reach. Contacted flying blue if they can help. They had no idea about this app and what it is about.

Because each partner has to confirm the completed transactions, some Miles take longer to appear, sometimes even weeks. App is a scam!

Made two purchases using credit cards linked on the app have yet to receive my points! Sent an email over three weeks ago no response! Best to use United or Delta shopping app if you want to earn points

Thanks for your feedback. We know waiting weeks for Miles is frustrating and we are working on it. Our Flying Blue+ partners need to confirm each purchase before we can credit your account. Some partners report quickly, while others take longer, even several weeks. Earning Miles automatically sometimes does not mean immediately, and that is confusing right now.
