Thanks for your feedback and let's get this fixed for you. We’re working on improving how fast partner purchases are credited. Because each partner has to confirm the completed transactions, some Miles take longer to appear, sometimes even weeks. We’re also adding clearer contact options in the next app update so we can help you and all members better and faster. We appreciate you flagging these issues. Thanks for your feedback. We know waiting weeks for Miles is frustrating and we are working on it. Our Flying Blue+ partners need to confirm each purchase before we can credit your account. Some partners report quickly, while others take longer, even several weeks. Earning Miles automatically sometimes does not mean immediately, and that is confusing right now. We’re pushing for better speed and clearer updates. We would like to help you quickly.
