Great product, bad packaging
I have used flykitt for a few trips now and it is always very helpful. I truly won’t fly internationally without it. I arrive feeling refreshed and ready for the day every time. My only complaint is the packaging. Considering you have to carry it around with you everywhere in the first few days and last day of your trip the packaging is bulky and cumbersome. I have used the junior for my kids and much prefer that packaging. The adult version is blister packs for each pill (everyday you’re taking upwards of 11 pills) so it’s a bit annoying to do that so many times per day. Add that you’re doing it for a couple and it gets very annoying. The kids version is little individual zipper pouches for each pill type. It takes up less space on your bag and is much easier to access or join packs together to get rid of excess waste. In any case the product is amazing but they need to consider an easier packaging.

Absolute farce
Do yourself a favor get a prescription for ambien for the first couple of your trip to reset your sleep cycle. This is an overpriced farce. Charging you exorbitant prices for excessive doses of vitamins along with this ridiculous app that gives you advice that is almost impossible to follow.

Brilliant integration of app and product!! A real travel godsend! Only recommendation would be to allow for last minute schedule changes due to flight cancelations and or delays.
Flykitt works!
Was flying from NY to Paris on a Thursday night for a long weekend, had to be back at work Monday morning. So I tried Flykitt to see if it could help. It worked, I had very little Jet lag in Paris (tired at the end of the first day because I hadn’t slept well on the plane), and was fine day two. Went back to work Monday with zero Jet lag. Having had such a great experience, I bought a refill for a second trip I just completed with a 7-hour time difference for a week. Had virtually no Jet lag at my destination or return. Just bought another refill for my next trip!

Great product - highly recommend!
I was skeptical due to the restrictive nature of eating during travel but it worked out well. There are a lot of supplements to take and the packaging is a bit challenging to deal with but we feel great with a 16 hr time difference so we’ll definitely use for our return trip and future trips.
Outstanding product
This was life changing!! I had no issues transitioning to the time difference on both ends of my trip. I always dread going back to work after any trip that involves more than an hour of time change, but this made everything so smooth. I do wish the events could be added to my iCalendar, but I was glad that the notifications popped up for me to see.

Scheduling changes are an issue
This isn’t a review of the system but of the app/schedule. My flight was delayed by 20 min and when I refreshed the schedule it added two doses of Mellow on the calendar to before the current time. So now I don’t know if that’s a bug or if I’m supposed to take the pills now. If it is real, they should be added to the current time not hours before.

Useless in flight
Apparent you need an internet or WiFi connection to use this. Well my 15 hour flight has neither. So that means, I am not able to use this? I tested it to see and the screen would not even load - just black.

Did a marathon trip to Singapore and Indonesia and followed FlyKitt to the letter. Zero jet lag on the way there and very minimal when I got home. Highly recommend !
Interesting idea
I like the idea of this but are people really going to spend $100 per trip for this? I just want to know when to sleep and eat, I don’t need pills and glasses for that. An easy thing to improve the app: display BOTH time zones on the calendar/todo list. I should haven’t to manually switch them. Just display both so I know what time it will be at each step.

Brilliant custom program design
At first, I thought this was just about the supplements, but now I realize that the real secret sauce is the calculations that the app makes for the customized program designed around your travel itinerary. Brilliant!
Zero jet lag. Zero.
I tried this on a whim because it came up in my Instagram feed. I figured it would tell me to sleep on the plane and then stay awake at obvious times where sleeping would disrupt my cycle at my destination. Not at all. It was very specific, combined sleep, light, and supplements, and worked unbelievably well. I tried it on a trip where I had an 11 hour time zone shift. In both directions (and I was gone for 2 weeks so had completely adjusted to my new time zone) I had absolutely no Jetlag. Zero. It was truly remarkable. I immediately ordered a refill as I have another trip coming up in about 10 days. I will never fly long-haul without this again.

Fantastic!!!
I’ve used FltKitt along with the compression socks and electrostimulators for 4 trips, 3 of which were international.
What impressed me is that all these were short 3 day trips where I didn’t have time to waste being jet lagged, and FlyKitt allowed me to hit the ground running. SFO to Taipei and then a separate trip to London showed me FlyKitt works going in all directions :)

Phoenix to Rome, no jet lag. Less time adjusting, more time spent enjoying the trip. Awesome.
Miraculous
I traveled from Los Angeles to Southeast Asia, a 14 hour time difference and returned two weeks later. No jet lag. Zero. Both ways. Totally unbelievable. I used the pills, glasses and the neuro stimulator exactly as directed. I received this as a Xmas gift from my daughter and am recommending it to my company. Truly amazing.

I think it helped and it is very easy to use (just make sure to follow the instructions).
Meh update
I like the product, it seems to work. I like the app integration with the pills and such. Not a fan of the new upgrade and the removal of diet reminders or the percentage of completion information. Also, it would make sense to have the option to reorder via the app.
