trust the system and not try to get your whole house put together in a day. It is a great way to keep your home organized and clean.

I have been suffering with mental load along with anxiety and other things and for me keeping up with the housework has been hard! Especially with being a family of 6 and the youngest is a 2yr old that is very on the move… now I have only been using the app for about a month, I haven’t fully stuck to it yet but I’m getting there.. it’s about progress not perfection!! I am really loving it as it helps me focus on one area at a time instead of my adhd jumping!!!

Hits and misses with this but overall net positive
I keep coming back to this app because it’s one of the only ones that has a set protocol each week that seems doable.
I did pay for the paid version which was just a list of videos in the app that explained the routines, but you could find that info on the clunky website if you looked hard enough. Kind of bummed I wasted my money but wanted to support something that had given me free content for years. Then a few months after I paid for the “paid” version, a new message came up in app that said you could pay to unlock all of the features. Wait, I paid $99 to do that, I thought? That was mildly infuriating. I’m not paying again. Not worth it. Feeling pretty ripped off from a supposedly godly woman.
Speaking of that, now she has a youtube channel where she asks you to tune in 6 days a week. It’s not remotely cleaning related, it’s basically a sermon. I’m all for being a good person, I was raised in the church, I had a lot of good experiences with it, and Jesus was a great one who did great things, but there’s all of this stuff about anointing oil and Jesus this Jesus that. Good grief. If I wanted a scripture or sermon app I’d download it. I’m guessing it’s just another way to monetize and get more money out of the app. Kind of sad when the original message was so great.
Anyway, the god talk and money grabbing are super annoying. But the routines are fabulous and don’t make you feel bad. So overall? I give it 3 stars. I wish those of us who had paid for a paid app before would get some kind of benefit. $99 is pretty steep these days.

This is a super smooth and attractive app. I’ve had it a week and it’s already helping me establish the routines I’ve struggled with for years. Thank you so much for this. I am considering getting the paid version.
Wish we could name our rooms and add rooms that you don’t have
So far I love this app but I have rooms you don’t have listed and to keep adding more bedrooms when it is a craft room or an office is hard to keep track of which room it is…please please please make this a new feature of your app!

I absolutely LOVE the FlyLady app! It has completely changed the way I look at cleaning and keeping up with my home. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything that needs to be done, it breaks things down into simple, manageable steps.
I especially love the routines, reminders, and the encouragement to just keep moving forward—even when you don’t get everything done. It takes away the guilt and makes cleaning feel much more achievable.

App needs work
I love the Fly lady but the app needs some changes. For one week I only had the living room as my zone. The next week I had the kitchen, master bath, and all four kids rooms. Also if you go back to modify your rooms collectively it erases all your data
Flylady is the goat
She changed my life probably 17 years ago and the app is great for homemaker motivation. Following her system, your home will run on autopilot.
Bring the website back
I wish the website was still there. I’ve used flylady on and off for years but the app isn’t very helpful. The website had the printouts and where to start and just a lot more information. Not sure why we can’t have the old website along with the app. Maybe it’s just me but idk.
Not worth the cost
I’ve been following with the free app for about a month and have been relatively pleased so upgraded to FlyladyPlus. Sadly, either there’s something wrong with the upgrade or it’s a rip off because there’s not hardly any change from the free version and in some ways is even less user-friendly.
App Stuck on July 31
The app has been stuck on July 31. Where is the app manager to address this issue? Not worth downloading if it is not working.
Doesn't Work
Nothing functions in the app unless you sign up for a subscription. It also requires you to have a login, but every time I tried to create an account, the app displayed an error.
New small font
I love this app but the new small font is hard to read. I have to tap the arrow/menus multiple times to get movement. Last version was much better.
My favorite app
I love the Flylady app! It makes it so easy, and fun, to keep up with my routines. It is so satisfying to click off my tasks as I go, and be able to do the Zone cleanings without having to remember what to do (it isn’t a habit for me yet). I have also recommended it to new moms who really do *not* have time to read a book at this point. The app makes it so they can jump right in with a routine already laid out for them. This is a huge blessing at certain phases of our lives. Thank you so much Marla, you are such a blessing to us.

An easy and helpful app for organization and cleaning
The free version of this app is terrific, which is unusual. One of the best things is if I fall off the cleaning wagon I Can get back on at any point thanks to the app!
Good for adhd types
I’ve tried a few apps and cleaning ‘methods. This seems to work best for me as it feels like the goal is heading int eg right direction and stopping problems building up. It doesn’t give me a list of granular tasks but a manageable list on that builds a routine and sets me up with momentum

The Flylady App eps keep me on task with simple tasks each day so that I can claim my weekends for things I love to do.
