Useless

App says bus is “approaching” or “now” and there is no buss in site and it never shows up. Zero accountability to arrive/depart on schedule. Need gps info to do a better job. The governor should be impeached for the disaster.

Who did this, Maura Healy?

An app so useless it should be called Healy

Logan Express

I just downloaded this app to access and purchase Logan Express tickets. Once purchased, I could not add them to my wallet, or retrieve them in the app which makes this app pretty useless. Then I tried creating a Logan Express account (no app, just website) and same missing functionality.

Useless App - Rated Zero

It’s a useless app you can’t do anything meaningful with it. Can’t even log in to see your current or historical parking reservations. See no login page.

Finding purchased tickets painful

Great to have an app but completely agree with all the reviewers who note how difficult it is to find your boarding passes. It’s hit and miss at best. Email is the only saving grace. Please fix!

No Recognition of TWO Parking Areas

I just installed this app and within one minute I realized there’s no information on Terminal B parking. It shows Terminal B parking in the map, but there’s no additional information. As soon as you drill down into Parking it apparently assumes you’re in Central Parking. I know the Terminal B lot is very small in comparison, but Logan is cluster in terms of navigating the grounds. Sine guidance on B parking would be helpful. It looks like it’s under construction, and that hasn’t changed much since my first drive in in the 80s. Other reviews suggest there’s no point in me trying to use the other features as they are useless, too.

Maps don’t open

Loaded this up before my flight to Boston. I wanted to see my food options when I arrived into Terminal E. The maps feature doesn’t connect. Lame 🙄

Junk, awful user experience

Bought Logan Express tickets on the app. Card was charged. Can’t find them on the app. Logging is way difficult after registering.

Massport needs to look at modern apps to see how smoothly they operate as a comparison.

Wi-Fi useless

Can’t connect to WiFi after repeated attempts.

Useless For Pre-Purchased Tickets

What point is an app if when you are logged in to your account and want to see your purchased ticket you have to go back to the email confirmation to find your ticket order and put that and your last name in to pull them up on your account under the “Manage My Ticket” option, which by the way you have to “find” on the top right drop down menu. Purchased tickets should show up when you choose the “Logan Express” option on the app when you are logged in.

Awful

The only thing worse than this app is the bus service at Logan. The app doesn’t let you scroll to the actual part of the app that has the real time bus location. The buses rarely come and the signs at the pickup areas are don’t list the buses properly, and those that they do list have completely wrong arrival times. Trash app and trash service.

Logan Express bus locator useless

I got this for the Logan Express features, especially to tell when a bus would be coming. Unfortunately, it’s a useless feature. I don’t know how they set up their schedule for tracking, but standing at the airport and waiting for a bus, it’s clear that there is no connection between the reality of what the locator says, and when the buses actually show up.

Not a great airport

Bus transit is ridiculous.

Maybe the worst app ever

Download this app and join the long list of confused and frustrated travelers who often can’t login, access their tickets, or figure out why something like this wouldn’t be embarrassing enough to fix.

Trash

Piece of trash never lets me log in

App is not good for purchasing tickets

This App is useless. If your intention is to purchase bus tickets and retrieve those tickets for your ride then this app doesn’t do that. You cannot see your past history of purchases as well.

Lots of room for basic improvements

Example: Would be nice if you could upload the tickets to Apple wallet.

Fly Logan - terrible app

Very frustrating to use. If Apple had a “zero” star rating, I would select it. Very little workable functionality and plenty of “filler” content. If you’re a regular Logan traveler, most of the content is useless blab. Some of the failings are: 1) when you start the app, click on the Person icon, you’ll see your name. Now go try to buy tickets. Even though you appear to be logged in, you must log in again for the purchase process to consider your profile settings (for example, senior or other discount). By the way, app logs you out after some random time period. 2) If you somehow manage to complete a ticket purchase, try locating the new ticket in the app. You’re still logged in, right? Doesn’t matter. The app now needs to know your name and order number to find the new ticket purchase. Imagine doing all this when you’re in a hurry. In order to actually find the the new ticket, you have to find the purchase confirmation email and click on a link.

My guess is that this app was developed by “somebody’s cousin” of one of the Massport managers, who steered the app software development contract to them. Either that or it could be an unfinished high school project. Who knows. The high schoolers would actually have done a better job with this.
