Works adequately. I’d like the "Net Worth" chart to go to 5 years, rather than just one year, and their credit card summary should reflect payments immediately. Currently, I paid my credit card off four days ago, and it’s not reflecting the payment properly. It should be reflected as soon as the payment from my checking account is recorde$.

Absolute Nightmare 16 attempts
I spent hours Sunday on the phone trying to set up the new mobile banking app. After the 15th time trying to access it, I was finally advised to go into a branch. I went into the branch and it worked ‘in the branch ‘. When I got home, no way. It’s been a week, and now at 4:55am I am finally able to log on and find out that I forgot to write a transaction down. Since my app has been shut down for two weeks, I no longer get paper, and am too far away from branches, I find a disaster naturally. Now, Houston, we have a problem. I guess I have to go back to Chase since I didn’t ask for my account to be shut down and stuck with an app that doesn’t appear to have been Beta tested. Sad times Farmers. I guess you are not the bank for seniors on fixed incomes that aren’t tech savvy.
