Doesn’t work anymore
Ever since the “updates” the app stopped working on both my iPad and iPhone. I’m forced to use their website now for banking…

locking my debit card
it is easter sunday and my card is locked all my purchases are being declined and i can’t seem to find a way to unlock it through the app it seems i have to call support which isint open during late hours

Excellent bank and website
This website is very easy to maneuver, even for someone technically challenged such as myself. I’m able to transfer funds easily and instantly. In addition I have one account just for internet use so if someone pays me via Venmo I can transfer it there and no other accounts are accessible so I feel as though all the other accounts are safe.
The bank in Rockland across from the fire station is efficient and most call me by name even before they see my information. 100% satisfied with this bank.

So easy
I was always afraid of online banking and kept going to the ATM to check my balance. The bank employees patiently explained it was safe and easy. I’ve banked on Union Street in Rockland for years and knew they’d never steer me wrong. So I tried it and love it!

Not really fair the app is completely unusable to even check your balance without ios 17

I’ll be honest this app used to be laggy a couple years ago but it’s improved very well. I’ve had no issues with the app, I love the layout and it’s easy it use. All around it’s been a good experience with the app, and the bank as well.

This app is terrible and let me tell you why. There have been many instances where it says I have way more money in my account than I actually do. So I go to spend some money and the account turns up negative but the transaction went through. I made a purchase the other day that went through on my card but when I checked the app it said I was negative. Then they take a $30 overdraft fee from you and blame it on you

App not maintained on older devices
Worked great until it stopped working. It’s the only bank app I have that doesn’t work on my older device.
You can still use on web browser on the same device.
Probably an oversight but you’d think developers would want to encourage use not prohibit it.

Won’t let you deposit a check until you retake the photo 10 times!
The old app was way better, this one almost always detects the incorrect amount for checks and won’t let you deposit until you retake the photo like 10 times!
The only reason I even have the app is to deposit checks, if I just need my balance there’s the website for that.
