I will be moving my accounts away from this bank due to the ongoing instability of both its website and mobile application. In today’s world, reliable digital banking isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Unfortunately, this bank consistently fails to provide a dependable online experience.
Frequent outages, login issues, slow performance, and technical glitches have made it difficult to access my accounts when I need to. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to wonder whether the app or website will work properly each time I need to manage my finances.
I expect a financial institution to offer secure, stable, and reliable access to my money. After repeated disappointments and no meaningful improvement, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone who values dependable online banking.

I’d like to put a note on more of my accounts. Can’t find tag for some. Otherwise I like it very much.
My opinion
I had to go to the bank to get help because it isn’t obvious how to use the app. The lady that helped me had apparently seen several people with my same problem. It seems like this could have been prevented, but whomever is in charge made poor decisions. This is a sub par product.
This update sucks
Change it back to the old layout. This really is awful.

Need a way to set time for alerts. Going off in early morning is not good at times
