Going in circles
Used face recognition, kept having to sign in with a code that errored stating I had to login with full credentials, but there was no way do so. Went in circles many times before being allowed to enter the password.

I enjoy the simple way that this app is configured.
Does the job
App’s fine. Gold is now a Basel III Tier 1 Asset. FNBOTN needs to offer a gold account like some other banks. (The few that can beat FNBOTN’s FDIC good numbers) 😎

I will be moving my accounts away from this bank due to the ongoing instability of both its website and mobile application. In today’s world, reliable digital banking isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Unfortunately, this bank consistently fails to provide a dependable online experience.
Frequent outages, login issues, slow performance, and technical glitches have made it difficult to access my accounts when I need to. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to wonder whether the app or website will work properly each time I need to manage my finances.
I expect a financial institution to offer secure, stable, and reliable access to my money. After repeated disappointments and no meaningful improvement, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone who values dependable online banking.
