Terrible can’t even sign in!
Trying to sign in using my username and also my dlrsecured log in and it keeps saying it’s invalid. I even get the verification code to my email and type it in and says invalid! Tried this 5-10 times it will not work. Super disappointing because I can’t respond through CRM on my phone while I’m out and about. Need a new CRM asap.

NEEDS A FACE LIFT
When I use this app I feel like I’m back in middle school playing flappy bird for the first time. Should have a more simplistic layout. We live in the world of AI now and it shouldn’t be this hard to have a layout update. Chat GPT could write a code on how to do it for you guys. Horrible user interface. Please update it

Record media crashes app
Trying to record a video to send to clients. Open the record media option and changing to front facing camera causes the app the quit.
Worst CRM and App
If you think the Focus CRM at work was bad, this App is worse and infuriating to use. Extremely hard to find your own clients. Can’t follow up properly through the App. I don’t even know why this exist! So many issues with it, it’s easier to list the positives…..using this app is like navigating through a maze that has nothing but dead ends. Anyone leaving a review greater than 1 star is probably an employee.

This is arguably the worst CRM in ANY industry. It's not even close.
Leave your job if they use focus CRM
This application, unless absolutely overhauled, will reduce your sales. No matter how cheap they will sell you this product. (Dealership owned by a different group paid 5-6K a month.)

No thought put into this at all
If you own a company and just want to make your staff as miserable as possible then this is the CRM for you. Too many buttons need to be clicked to to do literally anything, the app crashes every other minute, you can even see but 15% of the history that transfers over from the old CRM you integrated from, it’s difficult to navigate and did I mention there are too many buttons to click for literally anything????
I see everyone’s text messages in the app except for mine. I can’t even see lead details or notes. I can’t send videos to customers. What I can do is reach out to a customer blindly with no value and hope for the best.
I’ve lost years of my life due to the stress this stupid CRM has caused. Again, if you absolutely hate your employees, please consider this abomination.

Not being able to send videos to clients
Not being able to see your own CRM texts
Not being able to see vehicle info and trade after the deal is closed
Clicking 7 things to view an internet lead
Being able to call everyone’s clients and vice versa
Not being able to see your client’s pencils

Migrate to focus! It’s free and trash! Ignite is nice though but the CRM is an afterthought.

Needs work is an understatement
This app is the most frustrating app on my phone. Unfortunately I’m stuck with it as my dealership doesn’t want to switch to a more efficient CRM. Very scattered and unorganized/ difficult to navigate. Have to login multiple times to finally get in to check emails and texts. If you are a decision maker at your company avoid this CRM and app

I’ve used dealersocket, vinsolutions and drive centric. This is by far the worst. Doesn’t even send you notifications when you receive texts.
The worst app I’ve ever used on a smartphone.
Think about the worst user experience you’ve ever had with an app. This app is worse. Absolutely anything you want to do is difficult, impossible, extremely convoluted, or hidden behind 3 other screens. If you’ve ever smashed your hand in a car door, using this app feels significantly worse than that. I would rather jump into a wood chipper than use this app again. Good luck keeping track of anything. This app makes me consider a new career.

Everything about the app is garbage. The computer version is slightly better. But don’t get your hopes up. Focus makes things much more difficult.

Clumsy: keeps dragging GPS location on the background and battery, why?
Unintuitive: to get the whole picture of a prospect, client history, etc. is very clumsy and scattered. The desk web application is not great, the app is way worse and limited.
Email: can you continue a draft? No, just read it. How do you attach a file? It only offers picture attachment.
Try Dealer Socket, it’s not perfect but is much better in every sense. Focus only is better if you’re trying to get a scope of what’s coming through service, from sales perspective.
