Withdrawal
I have issue with bitcoin withdrawal after they send me email that I can withdraw the bitcoin and I can’t send money to my linked bank account

Great app to earn bitcoin
Fold is an excellent way to stack sats, I highly recommend them and Strike both, strike is a far superior app for sending bitcoin or money, but no earning sats, Fold you can earn free sats for doing every day bill paying

Has got to be the worst app I’ve ever had to deal with , customer service is garbage, I received a gift card and have not been able to redeem it at all. Forcing me to verify my identity just to redeem a gift card is beyond irritating
Great App, Great Card, Great Rewards
App is fantastic. I’ve had the debit card for years. I just got the credit card. Both are easy to use and it’s wonderful getting bitcoin rewards that will increase in value, rather than dollars or airline miles that decrease in value. Gift cards like Amazon, Lowe’s, and many many more are an added bonus. Customer support is always quick to respond. Couldn’t be happier, and they continue to build and improve.

Acceptable
The app needs a lot of work to actually replace the functions of a typical mobile app for a bank.
The rewards are nice, but require quite a large transaction fee to send via the Bitcoin network. A cheaper network should be used instead to send the BTC.
The notifications are spammy. Fold is constantly pushing its users to purchase gift cards. Daily notifications, sometimes multiple per day. I understand that is how they make their money, but they need to allow users to configure notifications so that we get notifications about banking transactions, but we can opt out of their spam. I ended up turning notifications off completely.

Amazing App and Company
I have been with Fold for over six years and use them as one of my primary bank accounts. Holding money hostage
I genuinely want to like this app. I love everything about the idea of injecting bitcoin rewards into my daily financial transactions. however, about once a month if I need to withdraw money to my other bank account I get a random error that says ‘error creating route’
I have been assured by their tech-support that this happen and has been resolved however, it continues to happen and it locks money up that I trusted this company with
Helpdesk is usually able to resolve this within a couple days however, if I am in a pinch, it is extremely inconvenient
The other functionality is great buying gift cards works flawlessly and they are always valid
However, the card also gets randomly declined at places when I have a balance well in excess of the thing that I’m trying to purchase. Mainly gas stations is where it gets declined. This could be. An effect due to it being a prepaid card technically but I’m not sure.
However, my biggest frustration is definitely the fact that I cannot withdraw my money well under the limits that they have said when I need it
I am an on an iPhone 13 mini on iOS 26.4 but I have the same issue on an iPhone 16e with the same iOS version
I am extremely biased because I want this to work more than anything but it has been very frustrating at times. Often times these processes that I have described above are not seamless and it’s extremely embarrassing to have my card declined, especially if I am on a date with a girl
And then to not be able to transfer that money money makes it even more inconvenient

They pay attention to needs to be done
The app keeps getting better. Getting sats back on a gift card, great, why not. Now there a credit card, perfect, easier. They can’t control the price of bitcoin, but this is an easy way to stack - so why not divest just a little bit. Even a chance at a Bitcoin.
