Texting improvement requests

This app is fantastic really advanced user-friendly. However, I would like to request an update with the texting mechanism. Sometimes when you are typing, the text box goes behind the keyboard and you can’t see what you’re typing. You can’t copy and save it. You can’t hit send you simply have to start over by backing out. It would be fantastic if you guys can fix that.

Browser vs app

Follow up boss as a browser and system is incredible. The app is atrociously slow. I spend 45-60 seconds at a time trying to load my inbox. It’s common as well for names not to populate then try a few minutes later and it populate just fine. It is incredibly hit or miss. If we can fix the loading then it’s a 5 star all day.

Slow lag

This app has changed and has so many delays. It runs slow.

KING of the CRM world 👑

This is the single greatest piece of technology that I have ever used to build my business. It single-handedly took my company into six figure production. In just 1 year it increased my income by $18,000. I personally recommend FUB to everyone!

Not where it should be

Follow Up Boss has some solid core functionality and, unfortunately, is still probably better than many of the alternatives in the real estate CRM space. But that says more about the market than it does about the app itself.

The biggest frustration is the lack of basic functionality and reliability in areas that should be foundational for a CRM at this price point. There are frequent moments where you find yourself wondering, “Why can’t this do something so simple?” or “How is this still broken?”

The Apple/iPhone app in particular has ongoing issues, feels buggy, and lacks polish. Notifications being down for nearly a week is completely unacceptable for a CRM platform that agents rely on for real-time communication and lead response. In real estate, missed notifications can literally mean missed business.

There’s definitely potential here, and the platform does some things well, but the execution and consistency often fall short of what professionals need from a mission-critical system.

I cannot search by a related contact - only on iPhone

This is unacceptable for the top real estate CRM. I save the wife’s name as primary contact and husband’s name as related (spouse) contact. Now if I search within people on my iPhone app with the husband’s name. I get a search result but clicking it does nothing. I file a support ticket and they says it’s a bug but they don’t know when they will fix it and want to search by the primary name. I cannot believe such key bugs will not fixed within a finite timeline. I am looking for my next CRM within the next 3 month.

Needs improvement

It’s pretty glitchy. I’ve missed several important communications because the inbox doesn’t notify you right away. I do like that it records the
conversations, but it makes responding quickly harder compared to just texting a client.

Lack of integration

I would love for FUB to be able to work with my Apple CarPlay so I could get text notification while I’m driving and respond. Or make a phone call in FUB. Currently all this requires me touching my phone while driving, which we know is unsafe and against the law in many places. Also, I really thought I got notifications on my Apple Watch before, but I am not now and I can’t find where FollowUpBoss could even be installed. Maybe this changed or maybe I’m losing my mind.

iPad FUB

FUB app on the iPhone is pretty good. On an iPad, it’s awful.

Terrible mobile app

It worked for a few months and no it times out whenever I try to click on a leads name, it doesn't load their info.. spoke to them and they couldn't do anything

Freezing and always slow

Needs much better support. Super buggy, constantly crashing and/or freezing. This last update made things worse.

I feel they could do way better…

For a CRM that is this popular, I feel like the iPhone app is a major let down! I don’t feel it’s user friendly whatsoever. I can’t set timed texts or emails. The texting portion of the app makes it hard to keep track of messages. And I wish there was a way to input specific criteria to find people - ex: “stage warm, last contact was X ago” etc.

FUB really good. App is ok.

It’s nice to have an app with the CRM because I have tried to use CRM‘s in the past that literally did not have app… They just wanted you to connect with the mobile version of the website. So it’s great to have an app. But the app lacks quite a bit of functionality that you would expect it to have.

As long as you’re only expecting the basics from an app, and not more full functionality if you’re operating totally in the field, the app is sufficient.

It’s clunky. Why not just use a fully responsive mobile site versus an “app style” version that is missing components or ease of use.
Too hard to mark messages as read: make it swipable.
New leads are not clearly marked or easily accessible.
More user friendliness is needed.

Not that good

Not really a good app, doesn’t have a lot of features, can’t see sent emails, needs to be more like the web version

Great CRM - Terrible App

App is missing many features compared to the desktop version. Buggy and clunky.

Same boring app

Dear FUB team,

Where’s the tasks menu?
Where’s the leader board option?
Where’s the call log?
Where’s the auto-dialer?

Do better.

Sincerely,
A hoping customer.

Amazing application, best CRM for agents

I’ve really enjoyed using Follow Up Boss especially on mobile! It’s really kept me efficient and in the loop when working outside the office. The call quality is fantastic and I can always rely on the app to keep me notified when a new lead comes in!

Why The IPad version is not available once it becomes available I will change my 2 Stars to 5

Too committed to change, but disappointed

The app is lacking a lot of basic functions you would expect. Being on the go, I’d love it to be more powerful and rely less on having to get to my desktop computer. I’ve been using it over 2 years and haven’t seen any major updates except being able to block a phone number (which should have been a feature long before).
