Worst experience ever
Printed labels for my business with a fongo works number and incoming calls didn’t work. Many hours wasted, labels, money, etc I hated every minute of it and wish I never trusted this app

Best app. Always got a 514 number too.
Hanging up mid call
Every time I try to call someone using the app it hangs up my phone call mid call. I have to call the same person 3 times before a reliable full phone conversation can be done. Not worth buying…
Impossible to create account
Unbelievable Impossible to create account or open one! I want to pay for one phone number and can't not! This conpany now is not serious....

Nonexistent customer service
I don’t know what’s going on with these guys, I’ve asked simple questions and gotten absolutely nowhere and they’ve closed my request tickets without even a resolution! I’m beside myself, I will be canceling, and I would suggest not getting the service based on the nonexistent customer service, unfortunately. I’m a huge fan of Canadian companies too, and it sucks to have to leave this review…

This app needs work
This is nonsense I purchase this app yesterday and today I cannot get logged in I made multiple purchases on the app and now it’s saying that I don’t have the latest version
Painful app if you have time to lose
Most features of this app don’t work. You need to send them your voice messages if you don’t want the crappy robot voices they offer… you cannot just record it directly in the app. Their customer service sucks too. Too bad, cause I would have paid more if it was up to the promise they make and it was really a professional app!

Suddenly stopped working
Can’t sign in to this app anymore. Basically, it’s now as useful as a waterproof teabag. The reset email? Nowhere to be found. Feels like the whole company packed up, said, ‘Forget customer service,’ and is probably selling my email and phone number to some spam king in a third-world country.
Really bad service
I have been trying to change supplier for 2 weeks and fungo is blocking the transaction. They are impossible to contact and respond very slowly to emails.

Great alternative to classic phone and system
This app works great but the design seems so amateur. The service seems reliable and the quality is good for business use. Definitely would recommend as a good phone system for starting businesses.
Functional, low price, and so far reliable!
I’d say a fantastic Canadian company. We use it for our small business. It’s got all the great features such as auto attendant, Hunt group, extensions, messaging through the app between extensions, voice quality is flawless on LTE or Wi-Fi, works with Siri calls, the portal was easy to set up, the support was quite responsive. No complaints!

Great Service
This is a great service. All in all it works well for my business. The one thing I have a hard time with is entering phone numbers. It misses numbers sometimes. It might just be my phone but I don’t have a problem with dialling from the regular phone app.
Great business app for virtual number
Use it for my crews. Multiple extension allows us to just use one number and redirects calls to the right people. Wish there is a way to allow texting reply from the main number on the app rather than forwarding to signup number.

It is a great app and I enjoy it when it works. I’m having difficultiesWith its functionality. The application seems to not work as it should. The call end button doesn’t end the call immediately. The timer can sometimes go on for 20 seconds afterwards. Sometimes calls just drop. Works amazing. I never expected to find something this good for just getting off the ground and not making money. This I am amazing app. Download it now set it up and you won’t regret it.
Doesn’t seem to work
I created an account on my computer, when I completed all steps nothing happened. I tried logging in repeatedly but without success. I then downloaded the app and tried logging in repeatedly but still nothing.

I installed the app on my iphone 11, but I couldn’t proceed, it asked me for user name and password, while I didn’t sign up!!!
