Solid, but UI could be better
The app is a little clumsy to navigate back and forth from the cart, the main menu, the dashboard, specials, and through the lists that I’ve created for repeat or common items we order. Adding to or removing from the various lists, sorting, and moving between them all feels a little slow and awkward. Still, it is very convenient in that it appears to be representative of what’s actually in the store and allows us to order what we want or need. Also, it and the shoppers do a real good job with accuracy.

App is not working most days in the store

The app is very rudimentary compared to others. A lot of the settings don’t work well. It ignores filters and preferences.

Curbside pickup
I have been using curbside since it became available, often two or 3 times a week, and it has been such a blessing to me as I am handicapped. I would like to compliment Jennifer, SHE IS THE BEST!! She always works with me should I need to substitute an item, going above and beyond.
This is the best grocery shopping app
I love the food city app because you can leave notes, and most of the time, your shopper will text you if they’re out of something at the store.

Ad displays slowly with pauses
iPhone 16e, 256 GB, iOS 26.5.
The print view of the weekly ad loads one page at a time and pauses before one is able to scroll to the next page. It sometimes appears to have loaded the the entire ad when it has not. The last two times that “buy 12 for $10” has been in the ad, it did not display. I only learned of the offer by signs while in-store.
One plus: one may copy items from one shopping list to another. (Kroger’s so does not allow this).

I love the app, and use it weekly. My only complaint is how specific I have to be when I am making my order. Finding some products is very hard/ impossible

The app is great and faster than before! I love the option I have of ordering and having groceries brought to my car! The best thing ever especially with health issues! I don’t shop anywhere else.
Not easy
The sales paper is not easy to use! Use to be able to add items from ad by touching it on the sales paper. Now you have to go to grid & not all sales items are there. It’s very hard to get my older relatives to use the app. I just spent 2hrs trying to get what they wanted that was on sale…I hope I got the right items.
