Great app, user friendly, good customer service
I’ve had issues with all the 3rd party delivery companies but I’ve used food dudes in cities I’m able and I’ve been very pleased. If there ever is any issues, the support team works with management to take care of me every time. I , personally, enjoy supporting the local company and they seem to care about me as a customer more than the others. Hope this review helps you !

Delivery takes hours and you can’t track your order
been waiting 3 hours so far for my order, there’s no way for me to contact anyone and i can’t track where they are at. They picked it up 2 hours ago. Food will be very cold when i get it, and i am furious. please fix your app, its awful.
Location?
I haven’t had any issues with the app, works well and is the preferred app for a lot of the local restaurants in my area. I would just like it if there was a tracker to follow/monitor the driver so I could plan for the delivery like UberEats or DoorDash has.
Delivery
I have been using Food Dudes delivery service and I’m so impressed with the changes they have made since new management came on. Food is ALWAYS hot, delivered in a timely manner, drivers are professional, kind and caring. I have been using them A LOT and I have no complaints! Thanks Food Dudes!
Food Dudes
Never had any problems with Food Dudes. Drivers are very helpful. They call if there is a delay at the restaurant. Very communicative. Hot food. Always receive in a very timely manner. New management is phenomenal! Food Dudes Rocks! I will be using them consistently and they offer free delivery.
Terrible App, Terrible service
Said it sent a password reset email to my email address but it never came. Also said my entire city is closed. Terrible app, needs a major update to address major problems. No restaurant should work exclusively with Food Doods or at all really, and should instead work with services like DoorDash and GrubHub instead.

A better deal than DoorDash
This service needs more positive reviews. While it doesn’t have as much variety as DoorDash, it doesn’t cost as much. You can still get great service with Food Dudes along with no-contact delivery. The only things I’d like to see changed are more restaurant options and the ability to keep your login/address kept in once you use the app.

Yikes
Tried ordering and had no way to search like I can on Doordash and ended up scrolling through until I found the specific restaurant I wanted only to go to checkout and find it didn't work! Took about fifteen minutes total and ended up just ordering on the phone in about three.
Terrible terrible terrible service
The driver couldn’t follow instructions. The food was cold, took about two hours to receive my food when wait time was posted at 45 min. Will be deleting this app
1 star on the app
Open the app, asks to access your location, you select yes. Then you have to enter your physical address, then redirects you into the app, then asks again for your location EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU USE THE APP. Just for the annoyance of the app, I have found myself going to their competitors. Delivery is never a problem, just have to get past the severely old UI and poor design.

New and exciting
Was skeptical but gave this new food app a try! Food came quickly and even though there was construction in my neighborhood the driver made it on time and the food was hot!
Poor service
Food has been cold/soggy last couple times I’ve ordered. Emailed them regarding my issue and they asked for a picture (obviously food was already eaten after waiting so long) after informing them all they said was “food was delivered within expected time frame” and nothing more. Thanks food dudes
Please update!
The app works fine but I wish it would give a location tracker or at least an ETA for the delivery. The app could definitely use an update and deliver from more restaurants in the area.
Got my order wrong
I ordered Chinese through food dudes and my order came back wrong. I ordered Kung poa chicken the ingredients listed on their website was chicken, green pepper, green onions, and water chestnuts. The order I got was Kong poa chicken with peanuts in it which I am allergic to. I explained this to the food dudes customer service and they replied with water chestnuts are listed as an ingredient so we can’t give you a refund. Water chestnuts aren’t even nuts so I don’t know where they were going with that. $11 for an entry I can’t even eat.

Won’t Even Let Me Create an Account
The app doesn’t even let me create an account. When I try and enter my email address it tells me, “This email address already registered.” Okay...so I try to login using that email and of course it tells me I have the wrong username or password. When I click forgot password it then tells me, “Email address not exist.” Mind-blowing how that works...

My Favorite Delivery Dudes
I’ve never had a problem with this app, ordering, the live chat, speed of the wheel dudes, or billing. I always tip 25% CASH minimum so I always get the best service. the PayPal link fails but that may be my ad blocker on safari

Need later delivery times
I tried to order a little after 9:30 pm from a restaurant that was open until midnight, but they said it was closed for that restaurant. Seriously!? If I could have given a “0”, I would have!!! Smh!!!!
Just amazing
Looove the service came so quick, also love that I am able to actually chat with a real person it’s soo convenient. Beyond satisfied
