Don’t order if you’re a foreigner
I didn’t get my food, and they won’t contact you with a foreign number. I didn’t know that, but now I do, and now all tourist know this.
Customer service was not friendly about it. I was just trying to ask basic questions to locate the food and she just kept saying no refund, no refund..I never asked for one. Spent 20euros. There’s no homeless people or people that really need food around here (except me), so I’m sure it went to waste.

I placed an order 24 hours prior and they were still 45 minutes late. Ok, there was a road blockage. It happens. But the food is not in top shape anymore. And when they offered me a 4€ apology/good will voucher and I said I’d prefer a 4€ refund bc I’m leaving tomorrow…all they offered was to up the voucher value to €6. What good is that? I’m still leaving tomorrow. So now I either stay in on my last night or lose the 6€ I deserve. I told them this. I got hung up on.

"Current" voucher does not work on payment screen
I have a voucher which expires in about a month and I've never placed an order--I tried to use the voucher for my first order and the screen says the voucher has already been used. Ridiculous, no?
